City Night Walk
Mini workshop.
Many of us live in the city, some of us have “favourite places”, but maybe not all: Night can show us another dimention.
I will guide you in “to feel”, and show you some of my favourite spots: we will stop, and meditate there. A short sharing circle as end.
INTENTION. You will hopefully “intake the city”, find your own places, and learn to use them for recreation, inspiration, meditation (city shamanism). Knowledge of shamanism good, but not necessary.
PLACE. You will know when you sign up
TIME. After dark, exact time when you sign up
PRACTICAL. Outdoor clothing, good shoes, water, something to sit on.
