<\/p>\n
Some of us (couples and families), are still, or even more, under pressure, these days.<\/p>\n
Not talking about economics, or political situation, the whole rest…<\/p>\n
It may feel like corona never ends, it will, but it will take time, and patience until then.<\/p>\n
When we are confined from our Freedom, and restricted by forces we have not voluntarily chosen, we FEEL PRISONERS. Even we would rebel , we would still be or feel restricted in many ways. And none of us likes that.<\/p>\n
But WE DO HAVE CHOICES, since we are confined in our “inner core”, more or less home, with few around. We still are, in a way, free, free inside.<\/p>\n
The closest People (our partner, our kids) may become the focus of our frustrations, and our projections. Our rage may express many ways, and not necessarily be “understood” or “accepted” by them. They too have their own “issues”. All tensions\u00a0 may end by poisoning us, if it goes “wrong”, or by enriching us, if it goes “right”.<\/p>\n
WE CHOOSE, not corona, not government, not restrictions.<\/p>\n
“Things” to maybe reflect upon,\u00a0 in order not to submit or destroy our Relations, which are most important as the nearest Circle, could be…. (And surely there re plenty more…), to remember that…<\/p>\n
Restrictions and what is happening “out there” is NOT what is happening in our Hearts.<\/p>\n
(Our Hearts may be sad these days, or heavy, still…)<\/p>\n
Our HEARTS, and our SOULS are and always will be FREE AND HEALTHY, whatever happens.<\/p>\n
And LOVE, COMPASSION and PATIENCE always win, if there is anything to win, and our People are worth it.<\/p>\n
Then…<\/p>\n
We as Human Beings do have an exclusive way of expressing called COMMUNICATION.<\/p>\n
At this moment we do need to TELL OUR TRUTH, masks are not possible when we are pressed together.<\/p>\n
We have an opportunity to get to know ourselves and each other deeper, in “good and bad\/black and white”, and “silly”, since there is no place to hide.<\/p>\n
When we allow ourselves to EXPRESS sincerely, but keeping our Heart with us, WE MAY LEARN AND GROW , both within ourselves and within our closest Relations.<\/p>\n
Another instrument we can use is LISTENING, still WITH OUR HEART.<\/p>\n
And give ROOM, and moments of REST AND PEACE TO EACH ONE TO BE. It just needs to be taken care of.<\/p>\n
We do have NATURE out there, to be with, and recharge.<\/p>\n
We have SILENCE to turn to, good books, wise words by wise teachers, creative options, and prayers, meditation, blessings and gratitude to turn to. We got friends we can contact.<\/p>\n
Some of us even have a spirituality to turn to. So many treasures!<\/p>\n
Let us focus on what WE DO HAVE, instead of focus on what we do not.<\/p>\n
And it all will probably be easier. (Well, if I did not believe it, I would not be writing it).<\/p>\n
