On the last FullMoon, we started by open eyes meditation indoor, by the window… Beautyful Moon, beautyful Light. On the next Night I meditated alone from the same window.

A Mouse came, on both Nights, collecting the left overs from the little Birds, small, and speedy… just in front of the window.

After the second night, I woke up early, with my head talking, talking much. Apart from the talking head, everything was fine. Fire was on, fine fresh Air coming in, the Crow was singing, the Blackbird was sitting on his branch, everything was perfect. Still the head kept talking.

Back to the Now, back to the Now…

I suddenly remembered the Mouse, active on both Nights.

Maybe what it had shown us, maybe its message was “Do not think, do!” ?? 🙂
