In the Shamanic world, and most Spiritual paths worldwide, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
we all are connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Connected through the Earth, the Air, the Waters, our Food, Birth, Growth, Life and Death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One big Circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But sometimes we disconnect, and forget our Light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thought, and psychic dirt, suffocate us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stuck in Horror, we are sucked into a hole of Suffering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any trace of Soul, of Beauty, of Divinity is disappeared. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Energy closes down, and it all becomes even more dramatic… <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hell…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are stuck in Pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No Love, no Gratitude<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reality lost ….<\/p>\n\n\n\n
…Ego screaming for attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ways to deal with this?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Do we even remember them? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Can we apply them now? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
….<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Falling to the “bottom” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
or fighting oneself up?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
….<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each one chooses, and a few let go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After all, it is “just” a “very bad movie”,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
or a violent Storm, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
and it will pass…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(easy to say, terrible to hear when one is stuck there).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
….<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reconstructing Reality is a choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It starts from allowing oneself to be “taken”,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
to move one’s focus to anything<\/p>\n\n\n\n
one can see\/hear\/smell\/touch\/taste\/think\/feel<\/p>\n\n\n\n
that has any bit of “interest” or “power” on us whatsoever…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It could be our Body, our Breath, a glas of Water, Music, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
an object, a Leave moving, a smell, a Cloud, a Colour, a piece of Bread…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anything we become aware of…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And there it starts…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
like a Staircase back to Ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
