Bitchy we were
Bitchy we were that night, tiredness?, misunderstandings?, who knows… I was gonna go to sleep. Had just exit the door, my “good voice Inside” made me turn, and come back in. “I forgive You and Myself” I annonced loudly. “I do not want to go to sleep, and maybe die, without having forgiven Ourselves”. 🙂

Anger
Oh yes! I can also get angry: it is not so often, but it happens. I just had an “attack” the other day, looking at “old unjust stuff” regarding another person.
My Anger was strong, wild… I was furious!
And… I had to let it be. I could not find a proper way to transform it or get it out, and there was, or is nothing I can do about that story.
Remembering the teaching of grandfather Fire, I gave it food (Wood), Air, Space, and Time to expand inside myself.
I could feel the Rage vibration, strong, untamed. It burned, and burned, and burned, and burned, until there were no Flames any longer. With the dying Flames, died my Anger.
Quiet
Quiet is a Silent breath, a gentle Flame.
Quiet is allowing Change to grow.
Quiet is quietly caressing me now.
