Autumn…Retreating, Resetting.

Colors  Disappearing, new Colors Coming, the In Between…Transformations.

Balance between Strong Forces, between Light and Dark,

Stillness… and Change, Inside and Outside Ourselves, on Earth.

A Delicate Moment, to be taken care of,

Reflecting, Cleansing, Discovering new or forgotten Abilities and Powers, and Starting New, or  Rebuilding.

Praying and Wishing for Common Good, and Our Own.

Intaking and Practicing Our Freedom, Our Uniqueness,

Grounding and Feeling Ourselves.

OWN part: Finishing what we did not before, Forgiving, Letting go, Cleansing.

Finding Goals and Visions for the next period coming up.

Starting Healing processes, of Simple or Complicated kind (Home and Physical, Body, Friends and Family

Communication, Work, Emotional, Mind, Spiritual…. (what You know You need).

Sharing in any way it feels “right” if You celebrate with Others,

In Gratitude and Humbleness for It All.

OUTWARD part:

Contacting Our Ancestors and our Spirit Helpers for Thanksgiving and Guidance,

Visualizing New Dreams for Common Health and Healing,

Meditating, Singing, Drumming, or Dancing or? , to Convey the Prayers and Healing.

It is becoming harder and harder to “understand” the insanity our World goes through, and to cope with it, still we have to Live on , and keep our Spirits High, our Head cool, and our Hearts strong, to COUNTERBALANCE…

STOP, or try to.

Stop WHATEVER IS GOING ON WITH US AND OUR REALITY.

MAKE SPACE, MAKE ROOM, SHAPE SILENCE.

STOP DOING, maybe UNDO, maybe DO OPPOSITE.

Or DEDICATE THE DAY TO OURSELVES OR TO “ANYTHING  that NEEDS”?

ADD OR REMOVE, we choose…

And… IF, WHEN … PEACE MAY APPEAR…

LET US …

HONOR OUR SELVES, HOWEVER WE CAN, and CHOOSE TO,

HONOR OUR EARTH, and LIFE WITHIN IT, HOWEVER WE CAN, and CHOOSE TO,

HONOR SPIRIT,

and THANK FOR LIFE.

ALIVE and HUMAN,

in TRUTH, with our HEARTS.

Like in Ice Christals,

in our year there have been both Flowers,

predictable Patterns and magic new Creations.

My year has been  filled with Silence,

Lots of Growing and of Learning,

Death and Change very close,

“loose Ends”, fresh Insights, some “fall-backs”,

Signs I did not understand (or I did and “lost it” again),

Amazing Details and Nuances…

Life! and Clarity shown through Skeletons…

Hard, still full of Beauty.

It has been another Dramatic year, for Earth’s Peoples, and for most of us.

Peace is still a far away Dream, Suffering the “ordinary” Reality.

Still, looking from further away,

it may all make “some sense”…

Maybe?

Evil and Stupidity may need to grow so massive,

that they will annihilate itself eventually?

And Peace begin to Blossom?

Millions of Us hope so…

Let us keep Clear Intention, Wish for the Best and Trust close to our Hearts,

let us Believe the “Impossible” can become Possible!

Spirit, Humans, All our Relations, be with us!

Tomorrow, when in our “childish celebration” we will once more Poison the Air we breathe,

again and again, with Fireworks all over our Planet,

let us Pray that each and every Blow may Cleanse us from Egotism, Greed and Violence.

Peace times have come for You.

Birth, becoming a Teenager,

a Woman,

Menopause,

and hundreds Changes and Transformations in Between,

and Deaths, and Rebirths.

Once again,

Spirit talks…

and moves Inside.

Like in the Menopause,

“Structures”,

“Mental Constructions”,

“Believe systems”,

“Knowing”,

“Logic”,

“Patterns”,

“Easy Solutions”…

it all Dissolves in Silence,

Leaving me Empty…

Space, Space…

Empty Vessel…

Free…

and a little Lost maybe,

and a little scared maybe,

but also Ready,

also “Potential”,

also New Creation,

Fresh Possibilities,

and less Weight.

Spirit!

What happens now?

RE CONSTRUCTION,

some kind,

at some point…

I Trust,

I Embrace.

This Silence is full of Wonder,

Embracing me…

And I allow it to take me,

and I follow…

in Trust,

to Where?

Fragile, sensitive, and strong at once…

In less Noise,

Manifestations become clearer,

in less Words

Symbols can arise.

In this time I can only be THERE,

where, maybe?

Everything begins and ends.

HA! HAHA!

I am quiet! I am quiet!

Listen to me, I am quiet!

Sometimes we do “bad” things

sometimes we do “silly” things

sometimes we do “amazing” things

sometimes we do “boring” things

sometimes we do “crazy” things

sometimes we do “no” things

sometimes we do…

On the Bigger Plane,

nothing of this probably matters,

still, we Believe we are Important,

and still, we can discern between “good” and “bad”.

Can we?

“Overload” or “Underload”,

and a lot of Confusion.

Nerves on the “edge”,

extra Sensitivity,

urge to Change, Clean, Progress,

and all blurred, all weird, or unclear.

Identity in doubt,

Priorities in doubt,

Knowledge in doubt…

Suffering or Apnea,

Dull…

We are many who feel like this now.

Should it help to know, many.

Let us not throw away our Vulnerability,

or hide the fact it is hard now.

We are being shaken.

We may be Changing and Transforming,

like the little Sprout Fighting its way up…

from one State to the next,

Energy is needed…

Let us Respect our Vulnerability,

and keep True to Ourselves, True to our World,

Compassionate and Caring to our Hearts.

A troubled Spring?

We are going to be all right.

“Bad news” are sticky, and

“Horrifying pictures” too.

“Bad stuff”, “depressing shit” sticks, and sucks.

(I am sorry even to mention it!)

NOW  we STOP the silly “Game”.

We need to protect ourselves, not by forgetting, but by CHOOSING.

We know and are aware of what is going on in our World, (and act as we can),

but we ALSO know how wonderful it is when we “forget it”, how light we can feel!

Let us “Dream” a little more, and allow our “lies” (cause we know they are) about Reality become our “Truth”.

Let us “play” a “better Dream”, an Avatar that one day  may Become and Be,

a Hologram of Peace and Harmony that we maybe never met…

“Imagine…” said John Lennon long time ago…

Imagining may be shaping our Future,

And may even “save us”?

So, whatever happens, let us keep on Dreaming.

… And let us be Faithful to Ourselves!, to Life, to Creation!

We Know! Our Light is there, no matter what. We know this, We remember this.

We are  Gratefull for our Life, with “right and wrong”, and “ups and downs”.

No matter what, Light Will Shine again, and so Will we, if we Accept it….

We are Beings of Light.

Sun Will Come back, so far, always.

It is this time We Are here, Present, Aware, Awake, Concious, Gentle in Life and Trust, and Beautyfull.

In Prayer, True, Resilient,  Humble…

In Thought, the Best We can…

We…. turn a Light On for All that needs Support and Love, and Care…

We… turn a Light on for the Past and the Future which do not exist, and the Now that is All We maybe have.

All is fine, We do not worry, We Trust, and Thank.

“Happy” Solstice whatever we do, wherever we are.

Everything looks “simpler”,

“black and white”,

Shapes are Clear…

Everything turns into Beauty,

and everything Shines.

Ice gives it the “final touch”,

in millions of unknown Flowers and Shapes.

Silent.

Pure.

Crispy.

Clear.

The cold Air is clean and fresh,

it has its own Power,

it lifts up our Spirit.

Light light light refracts,

multiplies,

and tumbles back from thousand Sources,

Light, light , light.

Gifts all over,

and Diamonds.

Ecstasy feels closer.

Lessons from Winter.

Let us spend time out there,

even it’s cold,

relax,

take it in,

be still,

and contemplate.

It is a miracle, each and every year.

We have probably talked about it before…

We have become highly “Doers”, do, do, do, and do again.

And that is fine, except…

The “Being” part has gone a “little lost” in the increasing “speed of Doing”,

and the “official Being” has maybe become reason for stress?

Pushing on and on, our “digestion” may be “punished by pressure”,

and maybe “details” lost?

Are we still here?

Whatever we may mean, there may be an “escape” to this:

Meditation may be the way to ” make legal”  our “not Doing”,

and may elevate us into “Being”,

(without being “badly” judged by ourselves or the World).

We can finally legitimately

“Do nothing, just Be”?

or at least try…

A Touch of Cold, a harder Breeze…

Shorter Light, Colors change.

Deeper Skies…

Harder Rain?

Nature Retreating,

back to Earth, back to Earth…

Us, Retreating?

Observing Decay, or Transformation,

its Manifestations,

and intaking its Gifts…

Another Time,

other Smells, other Sounds, other Emotions…

More…Inner?

More…Quiet?

Different.

Embracing Autumn,

Adjusting…

Actions,

no Actions,

different Actions?

Embracing  Life at this Moment,

its Blessings and Revelations.

Work to do, as usual…:)

Birthday, new growing number.

Older, maybe wiser, maybe sillier :), or going nuts?

All right?

Important?

… ” how am I?”,

“what now?”, any change?, any progress?, any fall backs?

Healthy?… more or less attachment?

Closer to my Core?

Who is with now, Love, Friends, social?

“Count my blessings”, honor my Life, and the Gifts I got,

Gratitude…

Spirit Life growing? Inner?, social?

Balance give/take? Adjustments? New “needs”?, new “specialities”?, new “addictions”, or free from them?

Still things to be done, for the World, for Spirit, for me, for you?

Inner Peace growing, it is good, no matter what number it is.

Many things still to be seen and done.

And my Time here can end any moment,

better keep moving…

better keep loving… 🙂
