DISTANT, (NO  NET CONNECTION)

For maximum effect, be in Silence  and  still.

Find your FAVOURITE POSITION, sit/lie down, maybe use a BLINDFOLD, and keep WARM.

(If you use one, put your “quiet” alarm to 30 minutes)

RELAX, BREATHE DEEP, LET GO and OPEN at 22.00 ( 10 PM) for the 20 minutes (and 10 following)

DRINK EXTRA WATER afterwards

ALLOW the PRAYERS and BLESSINGS TO TOUCH YOU, and the EARTH CONNECTION at the end TO WELCOME YOU BACK.

All the work will be GUIDED from my HELPERS and CHANNELED THROUGH ME.
