No Energy wasted.

It sounds to many so exotic, so far… Do you believe, don’t you believe….
I was talking with some People the other day, and they inspired me to write this.
The fact is, for the ones who have been in contact with “the real thing”, that it is definitely not only about past lives, spying if your lady is having an affair or not (I do not work with this one, no spying by me!), when or will I ever meet the love of my life, or such. Not to judge or diminish any need of clarity in any aspects, dear clients, ( that is why you come and ask), but…
There are lots of other possibilities… maybe more giving.
Seeing “clear” is the thing… When you cannot, because too much is going on, you are too involved, the “story behind” is “blurred and old”, (and sometimes no “human around” knows), or for thousands other reasons, “use us” well! (I mean my Helpers and I).
There is no total guarantee that my Helpers will answer, but it is absolutely worth giving it a try.
I like to tell a little story: sometime ago, I had a client who, to my surprise, always wore “synthetic clothing” (baaad! _:) ). One day I asked why. His answer was that natural clothing felt very uncomfortable, he could not wear “natural” for as long as he could remember…That was strange…but I did not want to push, until one day he finally asked me to “look” at it. So we did.
The place looked grey and dark, smelled strange, and shadows were around, big shadows… He was a kid, and retreated in corners away from those shadows, but had no real place to hide…It smelled like “burned”, it was uncomfortable…
My Helpers kept on showing this one picture again and again until he bursted in tears…
Now he remembered! As a kid he had been living with his grandmother, by whom he did not feel so good: one of her “specials” was to dry clothes by the big stove, and often the clothes touched the stove, provoking this terrible smell he could not stand or go away from. Moreover, in his kid phantasy, the shadows were unknown monsters which he had to hide from, but could not. This had resulted in a life long hidden stable trauma.
He had forgotten all about it and, since the memory was painful, it had been suppressed. After the “revelation”, his challenge vanished.
It is often than once we understand and “feel” blocks disappear, though not always. At times one has to work on, and in any case invest some energy to progress in the new condition.
One more little story, this one about a relation: the two loved each other, but she was into a massive personal development period, and he felt a little “left behind”. The question was how she could “embrace him” without “forgetting herself”, slow down, or “be unfair” either to herself or him, and eventually how to “help him” (without manipulation) regain his power and growth.
My Helpers explained what was going on, and showed the powers he had, which had gone into oblivion, his parent and family influences on him, how he could use some of them, and release the limitations part and patterns, by recognizing they were not his.
How future will be for this couple I do not know yet, but she wrote to me the same night, telling that they had have the “best and deepest talk” for a long long while….:)
And I am happy for them and proud of my Helpers and me too. This is good work!:)
So…Use your clairvoyant wisely (you might as well)!

This time, I had unconsciously come with expectation of something “special” to happen, with a craving…

I found Nothing, I found Plenty.
I think I was lucky when my old Friend died, because, for some reason, the ambulance came to get him first after two and half hours from the moment I entered his home.
There had been time for Friends to come, for us to say our last bye bye, to sing for him, wish him the best, and hold a circle. Time had enlarged, so we could do what we felt we needed to, shortly but effectively. Police were with us, and silently participated to what they called was “The most beautiful and touching “bye bye” they had ever experienced.
A couple of months ago , one of my Teachers died too. As I was talking to his wife, I told her I felt lucky and was very grateful for that “time”. She was chocked. They had had her husband in their house for two days, and, as she expressed “It was not even enough!”. The family and friends could have used more “time”.
In the “old days”, still in villages and other countries, many Dead are kept for a time in their home, so all who need can come, visit, honor them, and greet them for the last time. In Italy we keep them in the chapel for a while.
There is a little more “TIME” for the departure to be fully felt and understood from all who feel that is right for them to do. Time for prayers, for the psyche to adapt, for sorrow or gratitude to express and thereby heal, whether we believe or not in the “after Life”, or Death maybe was the best that could happen.
What to do, how to change, is it an issue? I do not know, but…
Generally we are robbed of TIME all around in our society.
And we need to take care , and not rob ourselves, or anybody else.
If “Effectiveness is the measure of Truth” (the Huna principles, Serge King) it is probably wiser and healthier to allow “TIME” ( for sorrow, in this case), than use lots of money AFTER to repair our Bodies and Souls, sick from repression and frustration.
Many many years ago, I was initiated to Reiki, and lately, cleaning up in old papers, I found these long gone but never really forgotten, Principles. I like to share them with You.
One may find them a banality, but they are not, and I suppose one can use the ones one needs, according to who one is. I believe it is ok with the Reiki movement to share them as they are to a broader public, maybe it even is good publicity :), so thanx for that, Reiki People!

My dear Helpers, they are wonderful and wise: some of the things they say to me for my clients, can be both so “simple”, good reminders, or/and completely new and unthinkable. I like to share this one piece of simple wisdom with you.
Some time ago, I had a Mother with three children, man, and own work: obviously a busy lady. She felt she had not much room left for her own development as a person and as a woman, and she missed it.
Plenty of good and realistic advise was given to her, but she still wondered on how to deal with the reasonable amount of everyday’s activity and work at home: cleaning, cooking, shopping, and all that, as her husband himself was dealing with difficult personal issues, and therefore could only help a little.
My Helpers made her notice that there were many potential ways to deal with things. They counseled her on creating a new form for discipline: PLAY THROUGH WORK, or WORK as PLAY.
Of course , she had to figure out how to do that. But the lady got enthusiastic, og ja! she could definitively figure that out! Previously, in the same session, Helpers had told her she needs to play: one more play!:) She understood, and she liked it!
So, some of us complain and work, some of us are work addicts, some of us meditate by working, and some of us CAN PLAY!

A lady Friend of mine thanked me.
She said she had found out I helped her much, and smiled.
Through our friendship she could feel that
her sharp edges had become more round.

I am who I am, my Heart is present and warm. My Being follows the Waves of Nature, of my Life, the thousand things one must do, and a little more. I retreat at times, often. I have many satisfactions, and many transformations, looking, looking for to Be, and to Become “quality”, Unity . To melt with Everything…to feel Spirit, Love and Compassion…
Pains and Doubt are there too, no superstar here, no fixed finished model, not all knowing. Maybe a little shy, a little quiet, certainly no media freak, no blasting and selling, no business lady…
In this period, according to the time of Nature, I am again and again looking deeper, opening the cuts of my Being and honestly trying to figure it out… much about Death, Death to the parts which do not serve me or anyone any longer. Deep deep Honesty, Sincerity, and Confessions. from me to me. Changes must be done, Movement necessary in some fields. Which means “available at times, not at all times”, but those “available” times are good and Fruitful! Because there is a Rhythm, there is a Breathe, and time to be still, rest and meditate.
Final recept for amazing Living? Total Happiness and Peace? I’ll explain it all, and change your Life forever, buy me buy me:)? No finished solutions by me yet, but support to become you, have a honest decent (and decent means good and straight) Life… I am good to give, and push others towards their Power, very good indeed…and in me there is lots of Wisdom, not because I call it, but because others do… And …No hiding here, no shit.
Why and to whom I am writing this to? To you who one day may read it…

at least sometimes.
A lot of People are more aware about the values and great gifts of “our” Earth, “our” Water, “our” Air, and how to take care and respect them in this one Life we are living, and also for the future generations.
Consciousness is growing and growing, that is great! And improvements come.
Still sometimes it can be hard to talk about it without being looked at as a “judge”, as an “intruder” or a “missionary” when involved in “less conscious” People everyday choices.
We know the story: no one likes to be told what to do, or that we may be “wrong”.
And in any case everyone acts as they believe and please, and no one is “perfect” or “pure” (or maybe someone is).
There is a great saying “Shitting in our own pants”, and that describes very precisely, except the pants can be washed and our bodies too.
The other day I thought that polluting and misusing is like cleaning our kitchen table, and throwing the dirt on a floor we never clean. Dirt stays, but it is “down” instead of “up”, where we really do not notice it so much. But eventually the dirty floor can be cleaned too.
What we do to our Home, we do to ourselves.
The challenge with our Planet, our Water and our Air is that it all stays in, or around.
THERE IS NO “AWAY”!
Pollution will stay for many years, damage, maybe it will stay “forever”, or it will fuck up things so much that we got no idea of (excuse the expression).
This is so important, so definitive, and so scary…
I thought the words “There is NO AWAY” could be used as an inspiration, as they touched me when I heard it, many years ago, at a “green” conference. They should be written on the walls of our cities, and in our homes.

Working with a dear client some time ago…
I was looking with clairvoyance at what she “especially needed right now” in order to keep her development “going”, she is a tough working, serious, disciplined, and wonderful lady!
My Helpers gave some messages, and one especially was a little surprising, and very natural and fit for her (and a few of us). I like to share it with you.
My Helpers said that BREAKS are utmost necessary, because they CONTAIN COSMOS.
Reflect upon this, and may it bring good breaks into your Life. 🙂

Some people have asked about how to do the FullMoon meditation for Earth Healing, when you have no experience (or little) of shamanism or healing. I may have written about it before, but not mind doing it again.
It is a relevant question, and thanks for asking. I tend to believe in the net days everybody knows about everything, but one thing is the anonymous plugging in somewhere, another asking directly, and getting the answer from someone you know, or you have some kind of contact with.
I will try to be, as usual, as little dogmatic, as “safe”, and as simple as possible.
There are million ways, of course, and I also believe an atheist can do, providing the interest.
Like for the Sweatlodge, and for other kinds of work, the main thing is the INTENTION (or wish to do some “good”), and some disciplined TIME you OFFER.
We could consider it like the BREATH PROCES, time to breathe in, time to hold a little, time to breathe out, and time to be empty.
GET READY in the way you feel most comfortable, find your good position, face the Moon.
BREATHE IN: use (if you have) any PREPARATION praxis, CLEANSING, and CONNECT to your CENTER (belly, root chakra).
CONNECT to your friends/teachers/trustworthy humans or spirit Beings, and to your own “Godlike essence” (big Mystery, the Unknown, Cosmic Space, Life or ?), and to the God essence outside of you (easier if we think them as two parts, maybe). If you do not know who what to connect to, just ASK FOR HELP.
THANK, and present your INTENTION (who, what would you like to pray for etc.)
BREATHE PAUSE: stay in the MoonLight, let it clean you, charge you, and bless you, be as empty as possible, RECEIVE.
BREATHE OUT: POUR YOUR PRAYERS AND BLESSINGS OUT to who/what you choose to help healing, ONE AT THE TIME: expressing LOUD AND SIMPLE is best, (I ask for Healing for…., I bless the Earth…)
If you got many people/things to pray for, have a LIST you can read, (but “little and strong” is “better” than “much and unfocused”, in my opinion).
You can have the LIST on paper in the MOONLIGHT, and /or BETWEEN YOUR HANDS.
SEND a feeling/thought of LOVE AND COMPASSION, SEND NOT YOUR OWN ENERGY (sending your own Energy may cause your Energy body to diminish/leak, that is one of the reasons we ask for help).
Should you feel very “involved or emotionally touched very deeply” by what/who you pray for it may be better and safer to send blessings: (for example ” I bless you child, and may you heal “, or “I bless whoever and whatever may contribute to Peace on Earth”, or “May the Earth be a peaceful place to be for us all” ).
BREATH PAUSE: CHOOSE A WAY TO END, THANK ALL FOR HELP, RELEASE HELPERS AND YOURSELF FROM DUTY, BACK TO your CENTER (body/belly center, body volume and weight).
STAY AND BREATHE for a while to “land good”, UNTIL YOU FEEL WHOLE AGAIN, feel how you feel, move slowly, and wake up at own rhythm.
… It may sound complicated, and it may need a little time to digest: the first times you may feel akward, but it will pass…
I hope I got you inspired: this is just one way of doing it.

Growth isn’t always obvious or clear to the looking eye, or even to ourselves.
Growth is a silent pencil, transforming us and the lines of our Reality, at times wild and screaming, at times tamed and discrete.
Freeing oneself from the addiction of “doing”, and “being” instead, moving into Presence, is not so popular, and easily neglected.
“Learning by doing” applies sometimes, sometimes not, depends on doing what.
