Do, Be, or/and ?
We have probably talked about it before…
We have become highly “Doers”, do, do, do, and do again.
And that is fine, except…
The “Being” part has gone a “little lost” in the increasing “speed of Doing”,
and the “official Being” has maybe become reason for stress?
Pushing on and on, our “digestion” may be “punished by pressure”,
and maybe “details” lost?
Are we still here?
Whatever we may mean, there may be an “escape” to this:
Meditation may be the way to ” make legal” our “not Doing”,
and may elevate us into “Being”,
(without being “badly” judged by ourselves or the World).
We can finally legitimately
“Do nothing, just Be”?
or at least try…
