and Sadness,
and Loneliness,

Power down.
We are all,
Sensitive Souls,
going through
heavy times,
times of Doubt,
and Sorrow,
and Peace,
and Hope.
From the Hole bottom,
Love was long gone story,
forgotten,
and so were Friends…
and Spirit…
Mother Nature
was the one left,
and it is Healing me,
as it can Heal you…
It is so called…
“experience of Life”
…Smile…
Take care of You,
and the Others,
(when you can).
Good lesson,
good reminder 🙂
…and now the Sun is there,
and the People are there,
and the Smiles are there,
and the Colors are there,
and it is getting GREEN!
Girls and boys hug…
We discovered each other’s Eyes,
behind the silly masks.
We discovered what it means
to be a ” little more alone”,
so now we (maybe)
know the difference,
and who is there,
and who is not,
and what we wish and need,
and what we don’t.
Care and Love we deserve,
and Friends to warm our Heart.
Forgive them,
if they were not there
while you were suffering…
We all do what we can,
and that is it.
Life and Time go on,
and they will Heal us…
(oh, “my God”!
so much Patience needed!…)
My wise Friend says…
“Planetary conditions are at the moment…harsh…and sharp…”,
and so is the condition of our World right now…
Confusion, doubts, loneliness, depression, for some…
Great Joy and Power for others…
Extreme swings and opposites…
We wait, and wait,
and nothing seems to resolve…
Or we drink Acceleration,
and get drunk from it,
loosing Earth connection…
or we are “numb”.
The change (again), seems to be “major”,
and, again,
“violent”…
Whatever the case is,
we are asked to be “in charge”,
to keep our Hearts opened,
to be fully true and honest to ourselves,
to be extremely patient and sensitive,
loving, strong and fragile,
and extremely kind and humble.
So let us do “that”,
what feels “right”…
And be aware of the “bubble”:)
Of course, we can do it,
we did it before…
even it may be hard,
never mind…
We are not alone.
Trying to be positive…
I came to think that Spring
(this time) in Denmark,
is like a “bad” orgasm…
One “waits and waits”,
it looks like “it is coming”,
and it “cheats” again and again…
Well, we better be patient then…
Do “something about it”,
“accept it”,
or “create it inside”…

Look around you, smile!
Light has grown until this moment, the moment of “Balance”. From now It will shine even brighter, and Illuminate everything, for a while. Light, Life Energy.
Reflect fo a while…Our world is still there, and we are Growing, if we allow ourselves to, like everything around us. Like the fresh new Plants, we are opening, transforming…
We shine, even when we think we do not…
Expand where we need to, and retreat, where we need to. Let us be honest, and grateful. Let us…
Turn on our Fire, and our Inner Fire. Cleanse, bless, and be blessed. Allow the Sun to touch us, charge us, show us, and teach us. Let us…Breathe through the process. Let us…
Give respect and greetings to All we are receiving and giving, and for all the Beings who are touching our Hearts. And to ourselves, we are Magic! And they are!
Light and Shadow, it all needs to Be. See the Lights, and see the Shadows. Let us…
Plant a strong and sweet Prayer into the Garden of Concious, into the Garden of Dreams, for who and what we Care for.
Let us… Share with our Friends, whoever or whatever they are, in any way we feel we can.

Lately, inspired by a friend, I started to “recollect” and write down my “older” (in time) shamanic experiences.
Most of them will remain “private”, and some I feel I can share.
This one belongs to 2000, when I travelled to Peru.
I was of course visiting the sacred site of Machu Picchu, the day after reaching it from the Inca trail (three days walk, up first, and down after, the picture on my front page here on the homepage, belongs to the path going down through the jungle).
So, I was so extremely lucky that the weather was uncertain, and not so many visitors…
Among other places, I reached the “World’s center” up up, a very particular sacred stone you may have seen in photos from there. It was raining lightly, and I was alone. Spectacular view.
Respectfully, and very carefully, I sat by the Stone, and contacted it. I closed my eyes, prayed for the World, and asked for a “private message” about my work (if, if…)
At the moment I opened my eyes again, the Rainbow appeared, and everything stood still.
“All Colors, All Colors” the Rainbow’s message was.
I stayed in the silent Bliss of the moment, then thanked, and moved on. That was it.
I felt very honored, and deeply thankful. I understood the message.
All Colors were us, the People, all kinds, all colors, all races, all characters and all beliefs. All One, all Sacred.
That was what I had to deal with.
I was on the “right” path!
Before, and, even more, after, I try to honor and practice this teaching both in my Life and in my work, even it is not always easy.
And when my Patience is “shaken”, I always remember the Rainbow.
I created a “new mantra” today…
I BETTER NOW REMEMBER,
THE DRAMAS ARE EXTERNAL…
(or the new “version of the day”)
IST IST IST…
THE DRAMAS DON’T EXIST!
They both ” almost” rhyme,
and one can even sing “the favourite one! 🙂
(if one believes it is true,
or to put a little more room between us and the dramas,
it is all in the mind! ).
It keeps going on and on, and we all are fed up, and tired of it.
It does in fact not have as much power as it sounds, or may look like, (unless we got family and friends sick, dying or dead, the fact we cannot travel, pressure on kids and families, and more).
But…
The monster is “just a sickness”, one of the many many, though a dangerous one, but still…
It does put limitations on our lives, for this time, SO WHAT?
Let us call it an “uncomfortable exercise”…
WE ARE MASTERS IN ADAPTING, that is why we still are here.
We still got LIFE! WE ARE LIVING!
We are in a new situation, and we complain because “things are not as they used to be”?
A different situation, a challenge, WHAT A BLESSING, LET US USE THAT!
We still fall in love, make troubles, solve riddles… WE ARE MOVING ON!
As a SIDE EFFECT, it does create POTENTIAL for US TO GROW, and many of us noticed that.
LET US LEARN TO DISINTANGLE FROM ITS APPARENT DOMAIN.
And AS WE LEARN this, WE CAN USE IT TO GROW,
and APPLY THE TEACHING TO EVERYTHING WE DO NOT NEED.
LET US DISCARD FOOLISH APPARENT “POWERS” THAT HAS NO REAL POWER ON US.
We are FREE .
We are still fed up and tired, BUT WE CAN TAKE IT.
Of course…:)

My first reaction was…(but I had many)…
“Welcome to the path of Awareness”…
(and one could also call it “Welcome to the club” ?:)

(“Maybe you need a hug, or a hand?”)

…”Be grateful!
From mess to creation!”…

“Let us have a big deep laugh together”…

in a moment of earthy challenge”…

…”Remember the power of words!”…

and then …
came the brain
and “therapeutic ways”,
but I avoided to move further…
I better talk
or not talk to him soon.
… He did not write me,
he did not ask what to do,
and… I am not his therapist…
My wise boyfriend says I think too much,
maybe he is right…

In “spiritual and human matters”,
both the “teacher” and the “pupil” inspire,
and get inspired.
They both
discover
much or little,
what they
already knew,
but, alone,
could not “see”.
I am your Earth,
You are my Rain.

Together
We
can
Create,
and
Grow.
I am not much of a net person, just starting… but I do see some things there, like most everyone.
Last night, after work, I went to my boyfriend , who was watching You Tube, a part where hurt or sick Eagles
are collected and rescued, when possible, and helped back to their Lives.
It was very touching, like every time one sees or experiences a Being helping another Being, much Compassion and Love.
And there is much on the rescue theme, as you probably know.
Then, since we are curious, we wanted to see more Mars pictures, but could not find them yet. Instead, we found
a panel of experts from Nasa, answering questions to whoever would call and ask.
And, (surprise surprise), children were calling, and time was given to answer them also. One could say, “Of course,
that is how it should be!”
We all agree, and let us give more of that respect, they are our future!
What a sweet sweet World we ALSO have!
… Right after the many days of Ice and Cold,
I saw the first dancing Mosquito from my window.
Early one, but it was dancing!
Spring is here soon,

and we landed on Mars.
At times, when I am lucky, I find good messages all over. This one I have had for a long long time on my table, and I am reading it every day. Who or where it came from, I do not remember, maybe Miguel Ruiz, maybe Byron Katie, maybe someone else…
Anyway, I like to share it with you, for inspiration and reflection. My little paper says:
NOTHING OF WHAT YOU THINK IS TRUE.
TO KNOW THIS IS FREEDOM.
And most often it is like that 🙂
I was working for a friend some days ago. An important message from my Helpers was that she she should take care of herself with Kindness and Gentleness, which I told her of course.
But then I was wandering about the two words. Was it not the same thing?
Apparently not, since Helpers said both. So I went looking on Wikipedia 🙂 , and I like to share with you.
Kindness seems to contain Amability, showing Consideration for others, it is marked by acts of Generosity and Care, and is not concerned with expectations, rewards, or praise.
Gentleness seems to be more like a virtue, Mildness, “resistance” to brutality, does not submit to tyranni or violence, and responds with tender Awareness to others’s experience of pain. Then of course one can “go deeper”…
Both were described as “concepts” to apply/use on others. But we can use them on ourselves too. 🙂
Gentle Loving (I add) Kindness…how beautiful! Beautiful …Like a Flower.
Let us put a little more of that into our Lives, and our Relations.

who is also hurt and wounded.
At times we embrace it, listen to it,
and work together.
At times we treat it like a hindrance,
and try to cover it up,
or make it disappear.
What is the difference
between the wounded Kid or Animal,
and our own?
Deep
deep
Blue
Night
Skies…
Crispy,
icy
Air.
Wonderful,
cold,
Healing.
We
All
are
different
expressions
of
One.
Paths usually start with enthusiasm,
and excitement.
Sometimes they get easier,
sometimes they get harder.
If they get harder,
moving along the line of least Resistance,
fighting,
or accepting and Surrendering,
is up to Us.
Right and wrong do not exist,
or maybe?
Since the Truth is
there is no Truth.
Or maybe?
Shame on you!?
Why, why?
…Judgement, judgement…
If it comes …
Embrace it,
Look at it,
Listen to what it has to say,
and dissolve it.
You are alright,
perfectly all right!
You are growing,
doing what You can…
Loving Yourself
will bring You further,
where You need to be.
Wash “it”off,
there is no need for “that”!
My Friend and I had been on a long city walk. It was Saturday, and People and Dogs were out, strolling with distance.
It had been good to see and feel both the city landscapes, the Waterfront, and the People. We were a little tired, but satisfied, and time to go home now soon.
We found a free bench, and sat down, each one on one’s side, for the last sharing, before leaving each other.
We noticed a very small and short Person, wearing a mask, walking further away. “Who can that person be?” We looked at each other, and at the Person.
The corona mask filled much too much in the little body…It looked weird, and, with all respect, a little funny.
The small Person approached as we kept on talking, and … surprise surprise, came to sit down right between us.
We greeted her(?) both with our eyes, finished our conversation, greeted again, and left.
What was that all about? Even in the middle of “corona times”? (the brain, the brain…)
We both agreed that it may be about the “need” of Nearness, or was it maybe the need of “breaking rules”, or “not understanding” them, or “not caring”, or ?
In those few moments, the Energy had been sweet and gentle between us,
Whatever and whoever she (?) was,
we had “touched” and “recognized” each other’s Presence,
through our smiling Eyes,
in a moment where corona did not exist,
had no sense or
no power, at all…
And I got touched in my Heart.
Seeing, feeling,
Body Living…
Hearing, feeling
Breath and Heart.
Sensing,
dreaming…
Sky
and
Earth.
Breathe Infinite
into Matter.
Breathe Matter
into Infinity.
Little social contact, little entertainment, no shopping, no culture,
where to go, what to do, and especially how to feel? For how long?
Corona times are tough, and a few of us are “closing down”.
No reason for that.
Some “wise” ones may comment “It’s all in the Mind”…
Is it enough when you are single, and feel lonely?
Alone we come here, and alone we are going to leave…
Feeling lonely is a choice we do not need to bend to, but observe.
And “Boredom” , and “feeling silly”, and “purposeless” is also okay.
Let us be our Friend, and forget our Judge for this time.
Let us forget that we need to “produce” anything at all, if we cannot.
Let us Embrace this Shining Being we each one of us is
with Compassion and Gentleness,
we are Life, we are Spirit on a journey,
and everyday can be a Miracle, whatever happens.
We have so much! We can reach out! We can create and do!
Nature is still there!
There are so many Blessings also, if we look.
Gratitude may save our Lives,
or at least help us, if we allow it to flow.

Some are made for us to buy or to “convert” to something,
some are “nonsense” and useless,
and some are precious and may give some kind of Fruit.
The other day in a supermarket,
I got a “good one”, that I like to share with You.
It stood written in green, on a cardbord box (without any other sign of product or publicity),
and it said: “DO WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU DO”.
Well, a good reminder, don’t You think?
