Some of us, at least, will agree on the “lessons” (if we may call them this way) of this weird and confusing time.

We try to navigate as well as possible, keeping ourselves open to who and what we feel for.

We may doubt, we may fall in quiet/or loud desperation, and we rise again, or we may feel ok.

“Bananas” it goes, or so we are told…But…

We Humans are adaptable, “good” or “bad” as this may be…

And, as a friend says “negative has become positive” right now…(see test results:)

A potential “lesson” I became aware of, (or maybe I already had, but it is forgotten now), is the unpredictability of this moment in time…

Things are changing again and again…

“Unpredictability” is always there in our Lives, we just tend to “forget” it, in our “need and wish  for security”.

It is like a “wake up call”, a violent “shake”, an earthquake, happening all around, and inside ourselves.

It can be compared to a “Death”, or to the carpet being taken away under our feet. We stumble, and sometimes fall, but we learn big time.

In this case, it all may be blown extra up by media, but our ability to “be with” change and “deal with it” is still a serious and important quality!

So, we are “tested” on how we manage, how we act/react, what and how we do to live through this, not just survive.

In our “very predictable world” of “we got everything we need, and much more”, electricity, food, devices, and so on, we are “shaken”… Maybe we will become a little more humble?

Appreciate and praise what “really matters”, choose, discard, clean up, and

… See what is left.

Take care, be well!

Whom or what do we belong to,

and why/if do we have the urge?

And at the same we talk loud,

and praise,

and look for Freedom?

Can the two  align,

and can they collide?

Is it a “real need”,

or something we have “learned”

to believe is “necessary”?

When we say “my”, and “mine”,

does it make sense at all?

If we are One,

we “belong” already…

And are we free then?

Since we belong to Creation…

to Life and Death,

and the tribe of Human kind,

if we belong to Spirit

what more do we need?

Words are Symbols, therefore powerful.

A “Thank you!” is not “just words”.

Knowing what we all know by now,

and remembering the  Effect and the Power of Gratitude,

not barely when we address the Spirit World,

but also when we deal within our Society, and  with each each other,

we may remember to express it, when we mean it,

to acknowledge and empower the one who has shared, given, or “done something”  for/to us.

It will  warm both Hearts.

So, it seems not to stop: we are still getting sick, some of us die.

Are we told the “truth”, are we told “lies”, not to me to judge, everyone is free to believe in anything that fits them.

Though…

However we choose to consider this “thing”, it seems to be happening, and it seems to continue, all around.

Ignoring it completely would be, in my opinion, a little “silly”… Or?

Fixing “too much” on it would be, (in my opinion), creating extra “paranoia”, and taking our focus away from the rest of our Lives, from the thousand ways we have to improve and grow, from our otherwise “corona-free” Relations, and so on…(think that we came so far…it does not need to be so bloody important! Or?)…

Now, in some countries (and growing), governments are trying to push it so far that one may loose one’s job if one denies vaccination…

Insanity, most of us will agree, and a violent attack on our Freedom, but…

What “reasonable” options are there? Test,test, some say.

Or…that we all get sick, and see what happens, who stays and who goes? Maybe. I got no solution, like most of us, only questions.

The worst of all this happening right now, is the POLARIZATION of our opinions.

Some of us are becoming extreme, and angry (anxiety=fear= anger=stress causes unbalance in our systems, we all know by now, we got “better” to do!), and…

Communication stops between the “two opinion groups”, when we get to that subject.

We are loosing each other!!!!

We are disconnecting!!!

We are becoming “enemies”, “soldiers” against “soldiers”, it can turn to war!

What on hell are we doing?

Don’t we need to be CAREFUL?

Do we wish, do we need “this extra war” in our World, between our Friends and Families?

Is “so little” needed to fuck us all up?

Is it that we are choosing?

Disrupt communication, one of our most precious things? Battle each other, instead of “fighting” for other important matters?

Our Earth is sick, and we get lost in “this”?

Have we become so “foolish”? Do we really wish to loose our precious time  in “bad energy?”.

Or, maybe, “this” has arrived to give us a possibility to grow, see clearly where and how we get stuck, and develop from there? Then we could almost call it a “blessing in disguise”?…

We all, each one, have the “right”and “duty” to discern and to express our meaning.

Should we not try to TALK about this with each other, from both “parties”? See if we can find “reasonable” points where we still can DEAL with each other and try to live “in harmony” , SUPPORTING one another through this tough time?

Use our energy for PEACE and STOPPING POLLUTION INSTEAD?

If I had “real” solutions, they would be written here now. Grounding is always helpful, relating to Earth, and letting go of our “upset” nerves, and aggressions.

From the shamanic point of view, this is an unbalance created as reaction to something else: for the ones who believe in prayers, positive energy, thankfulness, blessings, and offerings, we got much to do, and we need to.

We need to talk to Nature, and to Spirit.

Otherwise…

Choose COMMUNICATION!

Think, feel, and try to SHARE your opinion, in RESPECT. If we try, we may succeed!

So we can MOVE FORWARD, in PEACE!.

Letters…

…went out of fashion most places, what feels like ages ago, long away in the past.

Most of us do not receive handwritten letters any longer, but a short time ago, lucky me! I got one from a friend from teen-age times, wonderful!

Reading it touched me… But I had to find the “right time and energy” to answer, and yesterday I finally did.

How to explain oneself and one’s life after so many years? No problem! Like in those “old days”, the empty page opened and words were created from a deep deep warm place inside myself, and they rolled and rolled down until it was finished…..I had forgotten how it felt:  it felt good and strong and intimate and true.

I came to consider…

My handwriting, energy and concentration (or if you want let go and open), my Heart and the time dedicated to the letter, all those “gifts”… given to a paper to be received by someone… an old friend… Investment of… for a human purpose…Important! A gift of energy!

A humble, simple and beautiful experience, alive again….:)

No wonder we still use it in “personal development” or in “therapy”… 🙂

The price of the sending was another story, horrible high, but what do do? Our world has changed, and we have changed, has it? Have we?

The Big,

the Small,

All Sizes,

All Forms,

All Existence,

All Important

….

The Space Between,

the Space Behind,

the Space Inside

and

the Emptyness…

All Important,

and then again…

not ?…

Autumn is coming…
