Halloween…
… The celebration of our Dead and Ancestors.
Who would we be without our Roots? In “good or bad” our Ancestors count, and so do our Friends and Partners who have apparently left this world.
Them all, they shaped who we are, what we do, what we think and believe, how far we got…
From the ancient ones, to the ones we met, them all, contributed to the story of Earth as it is, and to who we are now.
Our dna, no joke, our Energy, our story, no joke.
In some families, the heritage is a hard burden, in others is joy.
Nevertheless, without them, we would not be here, or maybe not?
In some cultures, there is joy in this celebration.
“They” come and visit us for a moment, sharing our earthy goods, our food, our drink, our flowers. We party together.
In others, Death and the Dead are dangerous, far, painful, and the contact risky, Spirits and Ghosts are banded away, as far as possible.
Obviously they should not stay attached to this Reality, it is not their home any longer, but denying them, what is that good for? Denying, splitting, avoiding…
So, whatever your choice or belief is, honor and respect are fine!
Let us honor them in our memory, and ask for Guidance from their not-earthy Wisdom.
And for us who work “different”, let us give “them”, or the ones who have no one to pray for them, a “bridge” to move further.
Death is just “another place”.
All in Peace and Compassion.
Good celebration!
