and Deaths, and Rebirths.

Once again,

Spirit talks…

and moves Inside.

 

Like in the Menopause,

“Structures”,

“Mental Constructions”,

“Believe systems”,

“Knowing”,

“Logic”,

“Patterns”,

“Easy Solutions”…

it all Dissolves in Silence,

Leaving me Empty…

 

Space, Space…

Empty Vessel…

Free…

and a little Lost maybe,

and a little scared maybe,

but also Ready,

also “Potential”,

also New Creation,

Fresh Possibilities,

and less Weight.

 

Spirit!

What happens now?

RE CONSTRUCTION,

some kind,

at some point…

I Trust,

I Embrace.

So called “power”…

polarizing and splitting our World,

in sick assaults and conflicts,

usually based on greed.

Madness still rules!

 

We will always REMEMBER

that WE ARE HUMANS,

HUMANITY IS ONE,

WE GOT ONE PLANET,

WE ALL NEED ATTENTION,

CARE and HEALING.

 

We will take care of OUR LIVES,

OUR THOUGHTS,

OUR EMOTIONS,

we will KEEP BRAVE,

since FEAR is “their” language.

Dirty tricks!

 

We WILL KEEP ON

FIGHTING as we CAN,

FORGIVING “THEM”,

HEALING “THEM”,

KEEPING BALANCE IN OUR LIVES

LIVING AND LOVING.

 

ALL HUMANS when FACING DEATH,

CHANGE PRIORITIES,

and SEE CLEAR.

WILL “THEY” BEFORE THEN?

And WILL WE?

 

WE ALL (us and “them”)

are going to DISAPPEAR,

and be FORGOTTEN…

 

DUST TO DUST!

 

But BEFORE DEATH…

WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION?

WHO ARE WE?

WHO ARE “THEY”?

 

“WE ARE ONE”…

Even it  feels different,

we still are ONE.

 

Can we  LAUGH AT “THEIR” MADNESS,

can we LAUGHT AT OUR OWN…?

Can this help us keep “SANE and FREE ” ?

Equinox,

“Balance” of Light and Dark.

 

“I” Surrender today,

to “myself”,

to Infinity.

 

“I” bury the Axe of Judgement, down Below, anywhere.

 

“I” bury Who “I” am not,

Who “I” wished to become,

because “I” AM.

 

“I ” AM the LIGHT,

“I” AM the DARK,

“EVERYTHING” and

“NOTHING”.

 

“I” RELEASE,

“I” FORGIVE,

“I ” EMBRACE.

 

“I” BREATHE through the Veil of Illusion,

“I” ACCEPT,

“I” SURRENDER.

 

In Gratitude,

“I” SEE,

our World HEALING,

HEALED.

 

“I” BECOME “MYSELF”,

and “my” PRAYER,

REALITY.

“Overload” or “Underload”,

and a lot of Confusion.

Nerves on the “edge”,

extra Sensitivity,

urge to Change, Clean, Progress,

and all blurred, all weird, or unclear.

Identity in doubt,

Priorities in doubt,

Knowledge in doubt…

Suffering or Apnea,

Dull…

We are many who feel like this now.

Should it help to know, many.

Let us not throw away our Vulnerability,

or hide the fact it is hard now.

We are being shaken.

We may be Changing and Transforming,

like the little Sprout Fighting its way up…

from one State to the next,

Energy is needed…

Let us Respect our Vulnerability,

and keep True to Ourselves, True to our World,

Compassionate and Caring to our Hearts.

A troubled Spring?

We are going to be all right.

in a cracked Wall,

in a forsaken Corner.

In the Eyes of Beings,

“Bad news” are sticky, and

“Horrifying pictures” too.

“Bad stuff”, “depressing shit” sticks, and sucks.

(I am sorry even to mention it!)

 

NOW  we STOP the silly “Game”.

 

We need to protect ourselves, not by forgetting, but by CHOOSING.

We know and are aware of what is going on in our World, (and act as we can),

but we ALSO know how wonderful it is when we “forget it”, how light we can feel!

 

Let us “Dream” a little more, and allow our “lies” (cause we know they are) about Reality become our “Truth”.

Let us “play” a “better Dream”, an Avatar that one day  may Become and Be,

a Hologram of Peace and Harmony that we maybe never met…

 

“Imagine…” said John Lennon long time ago…

Imagining may be shaping our Future,

And may even “save us”?

So, whatever happens, let us keep on Dreaming.

Yes, it is very  bad for the Animals, for the climate, for so many reasons,

but I still love them, what can I do?

Fireworks ignite my childish part,

I get lost, turned on,

enthusiastic,

empty…

Screaming,  jumping, admiring.

“Expensive magic”, once a year,

in a frenzy…

Fireworks are Fire works,

I love Fire,

I love Light,

and the Sky.

And I forgive myself

for this …

… And let us be Faithful to Ourselves!, to Life, to Creation!

We Know! Our Light is there, no matter what. We know this, We remember this.

We are  Gratefull for our Life, with “right and wrong”, and “ups and downs”.

No matter what, Light Will Shine again, and so Will we, if we Accept it….

We are Beings of Light.

Sun Will Come back, so far, always.

It is this time We Are here, Present, Aware, Awake, Concious, Gentle in Life and Trust, and Beautyfull.

In Prayer, True, Resilient,  Humble…

In Thought, the Best We can…

We…. turn a Light On for All that needs Support and Love, and Care…

We… turn a Light on for the Past and the Future which do not exist, and the Now that is All We maybe have.

 

All is fine, We do not worry, We Trust, and Thank.

“Happy” Solstice whatever we do, wherever we are.

Earth our Mother

Our Mother is shaking…

Tectonic plates sliding and rearranging,

Vulcanoes spitting out of their hot Treasure, Magma.

Water rising, Winds raging…

She is Alive!

Destruction, Creation,

Creation, Destruction,

in a raw and  powerful Dance.

We witness it as Rage,

and we tremble,

and we fear.

Manifestations of our Mother,

her unique Life…

And then… we get reminded…

we are so small, so small,

so small….

In this Universe,

on this Earth,

we are so tiny…

and yet as immense…

If nothing else, Respect is called for,

and Gratitude for all we got so far…

Let us keep Humble,

and Bless Her,

and Love Her,

however She expresses.

Let us talk to Her,

and pray to and with Her,

if we can.

 

Snow and Ice, a miracle

Everything looks “simpler”,

“black and white”,

Shapes are Clear…

Everything turns into Beauty,

and everything Shines.

Ice gives it the “final touch”,

in millions of unknown Flowers and Shapes.

Silent.

Pure.

Crispy.

Clear.

The cold Air is clean and fresh,

it has its own Power,

it lifts up our Spirit.

Light light light refracts,

multiplies,

and tumbles back from thousand Sources,

Light, light , light.

Gifts all over,

and Diamonds.

Ecstasy feels closer.

Lessons from Winter.

Let us spend time out there,

even it’s cold,

relax,

take it in,

be still,

and contemplate.

It is a miracle, each and every year.

Like in our Reality, Waves come and go, high and low…

In these times, beginning of winter, loved from some, and “feared” from some,

the “low” may become, for the last ones, more apparent, stronger.

Gratitude may be hiding away, Energy too.

Our first impulse may be reacting like ” Are you still there?

Have you not learned it yet… What are you doing? Grow up!” , the “Judge”.

Others would give themselves “alternatives” of different kinds, or entertainment,

to “forget it all” (if one could)…

The Shadow can only be embraced, if refused it will grow, and “mess up” our Being somewhere else…

The Shadow has messages, and is not a Lier, it shows the “other side”,

and maybe what we still “have to” work with, if we so wish.

Let us accept it, and be Gentle with it,

like we would accept and take care of any other Being in Pain.

From then on, we can “rebuild”…

Do, Be, or/and ?

We have probably talked about it before…

We have become highly “Doers”, do, do, do, and do again.

And that is fine, except…

The “Being” part has gone a “little lost” in the increasing “speed of Doing”,

and the “official Being” has maybe become reason for stress?

Pushing on and on, our “digestion” may be “punished by pressure”,

and maybe “details” lost?

Are we still here?

Whatever we may mean, there may be an “escape” to this:

Meditation may be the way to ” make legal”  our “not Doing”,

and may elevate us into “Being”,

(without being “badly” judged by ourselves or the World).

We can finally legitimately

“Do nothing, just Be”?

or at least try…

Shaking…

“Things” happen around,

to Friends, Family, and in our World…

Relations break, Sickness explodes, Someone dies, Crises grow, War goes on.

Talking to the “Older ones”, they may say “It is Life”,

still the Shaking shakes us, at times very deep.

 

When the Shaking comes,

at first we get blurred…

We are touched!

And fall off Balance.

 

It is both a “little Death”, and an “opportunity”.

A “little Death”…

to “remember” our Humanity,

to “polish” our Hearts and Eyes,

to “reconnect” to our Vulnerability,

to remember the Value of  Life,

to be Grateful,

and to recall the Power and Importance of Deeds…

 

To each “Ending”, we all know,

something else “Starts”,

something “Different”…

 

The Shaking gives us

Opportunity

for “Recalling”,

for “Reflecting”,

for “Discerning”,

and maybe “Clarity”?

 

And then we move on.

 

 

These (also) wonderful times…

Fall Equinox today

Balance? As the World looks today?

It is hard to see, and understand,

but hopefully things are adjusting, in their own strange way?

Equinox, a symbol, and a Natural fact.

A moment of Equity and Union between Opposites,

Dark and Light, “Good and Bad”, Life and Death, is a Gift to our Wholeness,

Contemplating the ever evolving Movements of Everything, crystalized in today.

Fruits of Life, admiring, and collecting for the Winter approaching.

We thank for our Lives, in ups and downs, and honor our Achievements.

We thank and honor our Bodies, our Emotions, our Minds, and our Spirits.

We thank and honor the Earth and its Beings, our Friends, its Elements,

and the Sky Beings, Sun Moon, Stars, and Beyond.

By listening to ourselves, we know much of what “needs to be done”,

to ourselves, to others, to Earth.

Our Intent is clear and transparent, and follows a new Path,

a path with the Heart,

a path to equally Give and Receive,

to become Whole and Heal, and be Healed.

Have a good Equinox, alone or with Friends.

Birthday, new growing number.

Older, maybe wiser, maybe sillier :), or going nuts?

All right?

Important?

… ” how am I?”,

“what now?”, any change?, any progress?, any fall backs?

Healthy?… more or less attachment?

Closer to my Core?

Who is with now, Love, Friends, social?

“Count my blessings”, honor my Life, and the Gifts I got,

Gratitude…

Spirit Life growing? Inner?, social?

Balance give/take? Adjustments? New “needs”?, new “specialities”?, new “addictions”, or free from them?

Still things to be done, for the World, for Spirit, for me, for you?

Inner Peace growing, it is good, no matter what number it is.

Many things still to be seen and done.

And my Time here can end any moment,

better keep moving…

for us to feel, reflect, and maybe  transform, or move beyond…

Our “Power”

Each one of us has one, or more:

our Passion, our Abilities, our Skills, our own “Magic” spot

where we are “strongest”.

Some of us hide it, unaware that there may be a “need to share”…

and a “need to receive” from the others,

and that the “need” and the “sharing” moment may be “right now”

at this time on Earth.

At the Summer Solstice,

we can look, among other things, at where our Magic is,

because, through Life, we may have forgotten or denied it,

or when we encountered difficulties, we had to let it go.

And we can look upon when, how, and with whom, we will start our “sharing”.

We all need all the “support” we can get,

and we all need to give the “support” we can give…

then the big Wheel will turn.

Water’s day (22 March)

2023 keeps on pushing us, in many ways,

chocking, chaotic, painful and destructive,

wonderful, open, constructive and developing.

So many extremes…

And we got to keep balancing.

Three ceremonial days in a row are manifesting now:

Equinox, new Moon, and Water’s day.

 

Suggestions for Water’s day,

just in case…

 

Prepare a large Bowl of  Water

to be outdoor both on Equinox and New Moon, day and night.

 

If you are on your own on Water’s day,

now you have Water.

Have a ritual wash,

feel  the inner Waters in your Body,

and the outer Waters on and in Earth,

and connect to them.

 

Thank for Life that Water gives us all.

Bless it with your Love and Gratitude.

 

Sprinkle it on  and around yourself.

Move then to a lager Body or Water,

and give it away,

after a little drink to yourself.

 

Have a lovely  ceremony!

 

Changing Skin…?

There are times in our Lives, when things feel or get strange…

It is hard to admit for some…

And it is easy for others: they can complain, because they feel it legitimate.

But…Do complains make us grow? Our pain-bodies expand… to whose gain?…

What is happening?

Vulnerability and Uncertainty are the Colors of these times, shaky friends, still interesting ones.

Looking at Nature…

In the period of changing Skin, the Snake is sensitive.

And when its Head, and Eyes, are covered, and it cannot see, it  gets nervous and scared.

Because of its Vulnerability, it may be more dangerous, but mostly to itself?

The Snake  finishes its process,

and we “should” allow ourselves as well to go through ours.

Our new Skin to the World…

Time, Care and Patience…

What will I be, what will I become?

Trying to BE THERE…

Cleaning up is a precious thing,

This state, one of the many facets of Death we go through.

We cannot be “stars” right now, cheat, or perform.

Keep close to yourself,

to Silence and Nature,

and to People you Trust.

This is one of the many Colors we Are.

Allow it to Shine, as delicate or weird as it may look.

Happy Rebirth, when it comes.

Prayer or ? good wishes? what?

I remember my “first time”.

My Father’s heart had stopped, and Mother and I sat in the hospital room, waiting for news.

At that time I was atheist, nothing or no one to convert my “prayers” to, no beliefs, no religion, no spirituality, so I got surprised and chocked once I realized what had been going on.

Me? Praying?

Father was brought back to Life, and again Gratitude filled me, and was sent/given? to something, someone… somewhere…

 

The word “prayer” may feel “right” to some, “false” to some, “unknown” to some…

 

Reflecting…

If prayer is… “intense, honest and  focused attention towards a “positive” effect on someone or something”?

(One kind…then other sorts of  prayers exist …)

Then…Can we?…

And may we?…

… “judge” what is “right and wrong”, and freely send “positive thoughts”?

…whether…we believe we got “God” inside, we believe in “God” outside, we got “no God”,

…or we believe Quantum results…

“Wishing good” (little prayer) can only be positive and fruitful!

And so for longer prayer!

And let us not only do it when “in need”!

 

Ohhh….

The Brain talks much!

Prayer is a matter of  Heart!

Then…

Explore,

find your Truth

find your way.

Tip:

Each and every Move,

and every Choice we take,

brings us on in our Life’s Web.

Closer and closer to Who We Are,

hopefully?

At times we do not see the crossings,

or we believe them to be something else,

or we ignore them.

We produce Lines and Arrows,

we produce Curves,

we believe the Food we catch to be Dirt,

or the Dirt to be Food,

or Disturbance.

And it is all right,

even Weird Nets are still Nets.

And we are the crazy Spiders.

We are Creation.
