A Delicate Moment, to be taken care of,

Reflecting, Cleansing, Discovering new or forgotten Abilities and Powers, and Starting New, or  Rebuilding.

Praying and Wishing for Common Good, and Our Own.

Intaking and Practicing Our Freedom, Our Uniqueness,

Grounding and Feeling Ourselves.

 

OWN part: Finishing what we did not before, Forgiving, Letting go, Cleansing.

Finding Goals and Visions for the next period coming up.

Starting Healing processes, of Simple or Complicated kind (Home and Physical, Body, Friends and Family

Communication, Work, Emotional, Mind, Spiritual…. (what You know You need).

Sharing in any way it feels “right” if You celebrate with Others,

In Gratitude and Humbleness for It All.

Away from the media, one month soon.

Detox, always good.

Did I miss anything, probably, maybe, any choice has consequences.

Resting from “spam”, and “good”, what to do?

We used to be Free, and “Survived” very well without all that “noise”,

Creating “things” by ourselves…

We believe we need “it”, but can it be a  Lie?

Sure we “sacrifice” much for it.

Addiction, one more.

Ego “need”, called “sharing”?

Electric Energy, Screen, no Sun, no Air, no Moon…

Information? Sure, and much, so much to choose…

Maybe too much?

Confusion, and Info, both…

Solution?

Break, at least once a while, at least for me.

Enjoy and use the media Wisely, whatever you choose…

Like in Ice Christals,

in our year there have been both Flowers,

predictable Patterns and magic new Creations.

 

My year has been  filled with Silence,

Lots of Growing and of Learning,

Death and Change very close,

“loose Ends”, fresh Insights, some “fall-backs”,

Signs I did not understand (or I did and “lost it” again),

Amazing Details and Nuances…

Life! and Clarity shown through Skeletons…

Hard, still full of Beauty.

 

It has been another Dramatic year, for Earth’s Peoples, and for most of us.

Peace is still a far away Dream, Suffering the “ordinary” Reality.

Still, looking from further away,

it may all make “some sense”…

Maybe?

Evil and Stupidity may need to grow so massive,

that they will annihilate itself eventually?

And Peace begin to Blossom?

Millions of Us hope so…

 

Let us keep Clear Intention, Wish for the Best and Trust close to our Hearts,

let us Believe the “Impossible” can become Possible!

Spirit, Humans, All our Relations, be with us!

 

Tomorrow, when in our “childish celebration” we will once more Poison the Air we breathe,

again and again, with Fireworks all over our Planet,

let us Pray that each and every Blow may Cleanse us from Egotism, Greed and Violence.

 

Happy New Year, and enjoy the BumBumBum!  (I  do love Fireworks, sorry!)

 

Winter Solstice Inspiration

“Cold”, and Grey.

Kiva time, Inner time, we all Retreat a bit, or much.

 

The Light will be Reborn tomorrow, and from then, It will Grow.

From the longest Night to the new Hope.

For us, and for the World.

If you got nowhere to go, no group to meet, an inspiration.

 

If you work with the Spirit world, prepare yourself as you know.

If you do not you can still work.

 

Find the Darkest place in your house,

where you can be comfortable and cosy,

and switch off all lights.

Bring a candle, matches, a glas of Water,

and a couple of objects that mean “good Power” to you.

 

Get comfortable,

and allow the Dark to embrace you… Relax…

Ask for Guidance, have a look at the year that passed,

and “feel it”, with Acceptance, without judgement (if possible).

Be grateful for the ups and downs, by them we Grow.

 

Feel it (all year’s happenings) around you and let them melt, give them to the floor (Earth),

and Release from your physical body, down down down… Until you feel the difference.

Touch your objects in the dark, and “see” the “dirt” fall off them too.

 

Ask for Guidance once more, and listen to What comes.

Anything to change, improvements to do ?

Any Dreams (old or new) to be taken care of?

Refresh relations? Let go of ?

Let it come, and pass …

 

Thank for the “crazy movie” of your Life.

 

Once  ready, turn the candle on, and observe the difference.

Give yourself and the Water a Blessing with the Flame,

and on the second Water zip, send a Blessing to your Circle,

and on the third zip, send a Blessing of Hope for a Peaceful World (or what you choose).

 

Welcome back, a little Stronger, and a little Lighter.

Thank and come fully back to you.

Give yourself a Hug.

Silence is still  Close.

It plays with me,

Refreshing my Life,

Stopping Everything,

Questioning…

 

Not allowed to “Sleep”, nor to “Dream”,

just “Here and Now” (but “different”),

Ornament-free, Brutal, and Humble.

 

At times Screaming, at times Caressing

at times so Sharp that it gets Scary…

Turning All Upside Down,

Downside Up.

Cracking and Reconstructing,

Questioning or Destroying Importance and Meaning,

Freezing or Warming…

Dear like the Mountain

So You said…

and so You looked and felt like,

giggling and smiling as You always did,

Light.

You were Good out there,

Resting in an Unknown Peace,

Soft, Gentle, Filling All…

 

I asked You “Did You meet God?”,

You answered “Not yet, not here”,

but an Enormous Love,

Unknown before,

All-pervading,

Different from the One we feel on Earth.

 

And… We could call upon You in this time through this Love.

And… Love is there Forever…

And … Everyone “of us” was going to be fine…

 

Then… You Retreated…

Breath time, Inner time, Retreat time, Kiva time.

 

Use this time, Bless this time,

Cherish this time,

Enjoy this time,

and be Present, Aware and Awake…

 

Time for Loving and Discovering yourself a little more,

maybe Resting a little more, or Creating a little more,

moving Inwards a little more,

Strenghten your Connections a little more,

or Cleansing a little more…

a Gift from Nature,

Our Dear Dead’s Meeting Time is coming.

Celebrated worldwide in many different fashions, and  in many extremely different ways.

We are half way to the Winter Solstice, the Light disappears sooner and sooner,

and Nature goes slowly to sleep.

Dark is growing.

A special Sacred Moment of the Year, of Life’s Cyklus, and of the Medicine Wheel.

The Veil between Our Dead and Ancestors, Their World and Ours, is thinner Now,

an Opportunity …

Life close to Death, Death close to Life.

I lost a very close Friend a few days ago.

Pain on one side, and Release, on the other,

Her Body was deeply sick.

 

I will open my Circle in Ceremony with my praxis, with Purification, Sacred Fire, special items and display, and Offerings.

I will dedicate some time to my Friend (I will be guided to when and how), not to disturb Her,

but to Honor our Relation, our Story, our many years of Life Sharing…

And to Thank Her for it All,  Bless Her…

And… Maybe to Talk to Her or Listen, ( if She so Wishes, if She Comes) …

and Share a Glas of Wine in Candle Light, like we used to do…

and… maybe have a Laugh Together?, and a Hug?

 

The other part will be dedicated to “my” Dead and Ancestors,

Recall them, Honor and Thank Them,

and to Offer “help” to “Lost Souls” (if that is what needs to be done),

“Create a Road for Them to Follow”,

send  Prayers and give Offerings,

and maybe work with  Divination at the end.

Connect to Your Common Roots, and to your Friends.

Celebrate as it feels natural to you, as it feels “right”.

Love is the Universal language, through Life and through Death,

FullMoon total Eclipse 7/9/25

When in the total Light, we tend to forget its Opposite.

Even the Light on the Moon is a Reflection, it is Light.

This Light will be hidden for some hours tonight,

like the Light seems to disappear now and then from our Souls.

Shadow comes.

Change, apparent, real, stable or passing, comes.

And sometimes we Shake, sometimes we Allow, sometimes we Ignore.

Both FullMoon and Eclipse are Portals, and like all Portals, both an Entrance, and an Exit.

A Possibility, an Opening…

Worldwide FullMoon and Eclipse are and will be celebrated today,

by many Spiritual Paths and Religions, because of the Importance of the Energy the moment comes with.

Because of both Astrology Sign and Planets position,

We are at a touchy Emotional Shore.

Resistance seems not to be an Option, as we are influenced by Water.

Look Inside for Clarity, something that does not “serve” you any longer, something died?

Ask for Guidance, ask your Heart, ask your own Truth…

Anything to do? To Dream? To Manifest?

Change can be done!

In Trust, Allow Flow to take you further…

And when we are finished with our personal work,

Let us Create a Good Strong Dream for the Earth and Us All,

And keep it in our Hearts and Minds for as long as we can…

A story of a Humble Achievement

(about so called “importance of happenings” ) …

 

Sitting in my Garden, an almost ready flying Ant crawled on my leg first,

then in my trunk, then on my arm. At that point I moved my arm up and down to help it fly.

This happened three times.

I was the Bridge for three Ants to fly on.

It felt “important”!

 

In this World this can be totally meaningless,

in the World I was at that moment it felt totally Meaningfull.

 

So, the Silent time…

So the Silent period came with many Gifts,

the main ones being in touch again with many People and Friends, Enjoying Company, Confidence, Intimacy,

and being able to fit in and Share the amazing Energy happening in Summertime in the city,

refreshing my Connection with Nature, Simple Beings and Things,

a kind of “Falling in Love with Ordinary Reality”,

a good portion work waiting done,

and very little effort and time on the media.

 

Difficult to explain what has  happened, but it feels wonderful.

And Gratitude grew.

It feels like I got stronger, more Loving, and less Attached.

 

I was counseling with an Oak,

and the Oak said I still have to be there for the World ’cause I got something to say…

So what happens after the Silent time shall be Revealed soon…

Maybe…

 

Ongoing Silence, full of Surprises…

So…

Silence took most of my Summer plans away, leaving both an EmptyFullness, a deep Gratitude,

(and a big hole in my activities)…

Then, I fell, and hit my knees: I had been on “high alert” for months now, much much to do…no surprise, really… Movement got stuck!

Scared I got, realizing the enormous importance of “healthy legs” (especially for me) , but Hope and Trust in my Body, and a big deep Gratitude helped to get better, and then…

Suspended in Time…

As my Garden exploded in Flowers, so did my Friends in visiting…

Beauty and Life , and Colors and Sharing,

my Garden became the Temple of Great Moments of Nearness, of new and deeper Contacts,

of  Contemplation of Nature, Sky, Wind and Sun, and…

Humans, Humming Bees , Insects and Butterflies, potent, full Life expressing thousand ways.

Abundance and Intimacy…

If that was what I had forgotten, and it was, apparently, somehow,

I fell in Love again with my Reality, and You who are in it, however You are in it…

You All, not “just” You People,

You, All my Relations…

THANKS TO SILENCE, WHICH MADE ME STOP!

THANKS FOR THIS JOURNEY!

AND THANKS FOR LIFE!

Long time Silence, still going on.

It has happened before,  in periods, shorter, longer.

Some of it was guided from my Helpers, some of it was my “stop the world, I want to get out protest”  (especially from the media). The difference  between the two is very clear, the effects overlap.

It started in Autumn, and is still going on.

I have little contact through the media, even  less than before, (meaning you People may end “forgetting me”) , I probably “miss” picking up  new clients, opportunities and happenings.

Am I? Maybe.

But what to do? Following my Helpers and the Inner Voice, or following the World?

Constructing things, when I feel I got Nothing to say, for the sake of standing by everybody else, who pretend they have something to say?

No.

I have to Follow, wherever it takes me.

Many things are moving, in this Silence.

Choices are changing, “No” has become just as important as “Yes”, Veils are falling away…

Some breaking downs, and some reconstructions.

Some kind of new Clarity.

It is an interesting time, and a little scary too.

I have been thinking if this could be “the older age” approaching, but I do not really feel old…

Maybe some new Wisdom, slowly manifesting from Beyond, refining my Being, my Energy?

Maybe preparing for Death? (one of the many, or the last one?).

 

And, again, and as usual, thinking does not solve anything.

 

I may still have something to say, it is just not the “right time”…

My “contribution” to the World in this period comes in other ways, that are quiet.

 

This Silence is Soft and Warm,

and contains Gratitude…

I have to Follow.

 

Exit…

Enter the Great Sun…

Honoring my Father’s  and the Union People, their Achievements, and Achievements to come.

Honoring his and their Energy, and their Lives “given” for a Cause.

Ancestors, somehow, in a different way.

Mother Earth day is every day

Why dedicate at LEAST a day  to Earth?

At least one!

Yesterday I was gently reminded that, of course!

 

Mother Earth day is every day!

 

Every day when we are GRATEFUL,

we remember our Connection,

and see it clear,

every day when we RESPECT

and CARE fort the Gifts we get.

 

Our Home, our Planet.

It was there before us, and will be after us.

It embraces and heals us always, if we ask it.

It gives us Beauty, and Inspiration.

It is Home for All our Living Relations, and the Elements.

 

Let us give Earth some time and effort every day,

and every day a THANKS, a positive Thought,

and an Offering.

Offerings do not need to be “spiritual”:

using less Water, and simple things like that, are OFFERINGS.

Ongoing Silence

Outside, Spring slowly Growing,

Exploding Slow, Exploding Suddenly…

Showing its Beauty,

Green Surrounding us all, finally!

Shine, Shine!

Flowers, Birds Singing…

Smiles Reappearing.

 

Contemplating these Powers,

(and Praying for Rain, and for our Crazy World),

Enjoying every little Thing and Being,

still Quiet I am…

“Waiting for Instructions” from Spirit,

still in Silence.

Stripped off from Desires and Craving,

a strange kind of Waiting without Waiting,

a Special kind of Peace,

or Nothingness, or EverythingFullness…

Nothing else to do than Being in That,

Whatever it is,

With or Without Tomorrow,

With or Without Change,

With, or Without…

Blurred?,  Clear?

Part of “Spiritual Training”?

I have to Follow.

Before you enter this Adventure, I would ask you to keep at least two hours FREE: free from mobile, free from things to do, free from the “World”, as much as possible.

It is not casual you read this, neither we meet in this way through words, just in Spirit.

You there, me here, still together.

 

You do know the Equinox is about  Balance, Light/Dark, in all its possibilities and facets.

If you like to Reflect on this in your Life, and on the Earth, you are welcome, but today we will work otherwise.

Read the following couple of times, so you remember, and can guide yourself through it, or take notes.

Should you forget something, it is totally ok, would you wish to change something, it is also okay.

 

Welcome!

 

Visualize (or imagine) Energy and Spirit all around you and inside of you, in whatever fashion you may “understand it”.

Breathe deep a few times, and let go…

Take the Wow of Offering this “Special Time” and dedicate your Ceremony to the Good of All  Beings (you and I are included, we are all One), thank for the opportunity, and the Magic that will come.

Park “the Judge” at your Entrance (or Exit), and start walking, (or you you cannot, imagine that you are).

Walk in Silence, (by Nature, or Water, if possible), on your own speed, your favourite.

As you walk ask yourself to Release whatever needs to go, let “it fall down”, let it melt away …

When Thoughts come, allow them to “fall” too.

Continue until you notice something Special, whatever it may be: it is a Mirror to you, a Gift for you… Allow it to show it its “meaning”, or just accept it. Thank and go on.

Stop in a place where you feel Earth is Strong in Energy, and Absorb. Thank, and move on.

Stop in a place where you feel Safe and Comfortable, sit if possible, and (try to) open your Heart.

Thank your Heart, and our common Earth Heart, hold yours with a Hand, and Feel it.

Breathe.

Feel your Heart getting Stronger, and brave, and full of Beauty, and Gratitude.

Take it  in.

When you got “enough”, visualize/imagine to Share it (Love, Peace, Energy? you choose), all around you,

to all Directions, to All Beings.

Breathe.

You are Beautiful… We all are.

You are Peace, Love, Health anf Harmony… May we All be, and remember we are..

Thank your Heart thank around you, All.

Breathe.

End with a spontaneous Prayer, or a Blessing.

Come back to Earth, to the place you are, and walk back.

 

Thanks for doing this, enjoy, and happy Equinox!

Changes, passages…

Birth, becoming a Teenager,

a Woman,

Menopause,

and hundreds Changes and Transformations in Between,

and Deaths, and Rebirths.

Once again,

Spirit talks…

and moves Inside.

 

Like in the Menopause,

“Structures”,

“Mental Constructions”,

“Believe systems”,

“Knowing”,

“Logic”,

“Patterns”,

“Easy Solutions”…

it all Dissolves in Silence,

Leaving me Empty…

 

Space, Space…

Empty Vessel…

Free…

and a little Lost maybe,

and a little scared maybe,

but also Ready,

also “Potential”,

also New Creation,

Fresh Possibilities,

and less Weight.

 

Spirit!

What happens now?

RE CONSTRUCTION,

some kind,

at some point…

I Trust,

I Embrace.
