A little story.

I wanted to go and see a couple of Friends living out of the city. I called, and they were both happy and excited to meet again, “long time no seen”.

The day before leaving, I wrote her to tell my arrival time and location, since one could come there from two directions. She texted back asking if she should pick me up at the station.

I answered ” That would be lovely, but I do not want to disturb”.

The moment I sent the text I realized something was wrong, and wrote again “Yes, please do!”

Of course, every longer visit is a mix of much enjoyment and a little disturbance.

But why did I have to mention it?

By mentioning it I maybe had created “a seed of disturbance”.

As we all are aware of, words have an enormous power…:)

But, lucky enough, we had three wonderful days.
