What am I doing?
Growth isn’t always obvious or clear to the looking eye, or even to ourselves.
Growth is a silent pencil, transforming us and the lines of our Reality, at times wild and screaming, at times tamed and discrete.
Freeing oneself from the addiction of “doing”, and “being” instead, moving into Presence, is not so popular, and easily neglected.
“Learning by doing” applies sometimes, sometimes not, depends on doing what.

Spring equinox
We survived, again, Wintertime, inside and outside.
Now contemplating Life appearing or reappearing…Resurrection!
New Creations are happening out there in Nature, new Babies (all kinds) are coming, waking up… Birds are “flirting”, and looking for material for their nests…
At times strong, at times quiet, great is the Power of the East, of new Beginnings, fruitful Fertility, Miracles.
Day and Night Balance, a split second and everything will explode in Growth. Sun stronger and stronger, Life stronger and stronger.
We reflect upon our Seeds,Thoughts, Feelings, and Deeds.
We shine up our Life by letting go of unneeded stuff, so we have room for Fresh Energy and Vision.
We discharge, recharge, and bless and pray. Refresh your home and yourself, give presents and donations, walk out, dance with your Friends and Helpers, observe and smell Flowers, hug your Relations, and… Have a lovely Spring celebration!

Our Dance
We all are dancing…
Some of us graciously, beautifully,
some of us stiff, some of us staccato,
some of us quiet,
some of us stopped dancing on this Planet some time ago,
they maybe dance some other place, some other way.
We worry so much about our dance, is it meaningful, is it good, is it worthy?
Spirit watches us dancing, and smiles.

the “One plus One” project
I am often concerned and reflect about what I can give, and how.
Today, last of this year, I spent some time meditating on an alternative text for wishing my Friends and Clients a “happy new year”. Lost time and silly speculation? Maybe, but I do care, and messages have to be “sincere, good and clear” when one is me.
Considering all hundreds possibilities, I did come back to a simple one “Best 2018 to You, and big hug!”, and it probably will stay there, but let’s see.
All of a sudden an “idea” flashed: whether it is “bright”, or not, who can tell? Maybe someone gets inspired?
It is a small and humble project, yet fruitful. Here it comes.
Take it, change it, leave it, make it Yours, create Your own. Sure it has been done before, and it will be done after, but WHY NOT?
Determine first HOW LONG You would like to do it for. (You can anytime shorten or make the period longer).
Use ONE MINUTE EVERY DAY to send a HEALING THOUGHT (or PRAYER) to YOURSELF, and NEXT ONE MINUTE to send to SOMEONE ELSE, or the WORLD,(therefore the name One plus One).
Thoughts have to be expressed as “already being manifested” (as we all know), only with “positive statements”, (for example “I am healing”, or “I heal”, “the Earth is Peaceful”, or “there is Peace on Earth”.
Sounds too easy? Are You doing it already?
Every day two minutes many People TOGETHER makes many minutes of GOOD GOOD ENERGY in and around Us. And it helps for sure! 🙂

Informal suggestions for Winter Solstice
Clean up your Home and your Body, refresh both
Collect to give away things you do not need anymore, or that bind you to unsatisfying memories or persons
Give donations to Charity, or presents to Friends/People in need
Be nice to whoever you meet, and try “smiling for today”, alone or with others
Take time remembering your “best moments” and the “tricky ones” too
Turn on a candle and enjoy looking at the flame
Take time for You without “distractions”, and maybe a present
Take time to dream wonderful Dreams about you, your beloved ones, and the Earth
Meditate sending Light and Healing to someone you know who is not so well
Meditate sending Forgiveness to the ones who have hurt you, and to yourself
Pray, dance, sing, love, go for a good walk…
and your own “best things to do”
Winter Solstice
Align with the Nature of the Land you are living on, observe it, let it touch you, inspire you and guide you.
Winter is here now, the Power of the North manifests clearer and clearer.
Trees have lost their Leaves, most Green is gone. Energy going in, Beings withdraw…
Black and white, cold, naked, simple, clear, and dormant.
Once done what you need to do, go within for cleansing and selfreflection, quiet the Mind and the Body, observe and listen to yourself, to your Inner Voice. Be truthful about what you hear and see.
Be gentle, as the Darkness of the longest Night is caring and nourishing, it is the Womb from where we entered Life, it is Sacred, and so are you.
Thank for the Teachings of this year, bless People, Beings, All around you.
Forgive you, All around you, allow the Dark to absorb you.
In the longest Night lies the Seed of its Opposite, the Rebirth of the Light, and the promise of a new Beginning.
In our “faults and limitations” lies the Seed of Change, in our Humility, our Power.
The Sun will grow again from now, and so will our inner One.
Celebrate your accomplishments, sharpen your new Intent and Vision, and offer it to the Light. It will shine in/on you, and show you the way.
Like the Sun, we will be Reborn.
Honour the Light, and Trust It.

At times…
we find ourselves confronting the Judge,
who what is “right”, who what is “wrong”…
The thousands ways and choices disappear
in the Starry Night,
we are so small…
but Beings of Light
…maybe lost…
…maybe to be found again…
The Judge is killing,
the Judge is teaching,
it removes us from the Now
it tells Lies and Stories, at times the Truth…
… Rules and patterns we created,
what we did, and did not do…
how long did we forget to respect our own Reality…
and to listen to our Heart Voice…
Seeing our patterns is interesting and painful
seeing our Prison is disturbing…
Destruction, reconstruction,
Spying on the Light…
Breath
…coming back Alive…
“who am I ?”
“what is my nourishment ?”
“where do I give, where do I take?”
There is a Sky above
and an Earth below,
honour the Temple we are in,
and remember our Souls…
We are here for some Time…
Living is a good Idea…
Big Mama
Big Mama was sad this time, and a new piece of her rock was broken, violated.
Some of us, who knew her from before, got sad.
Some of us saw their own story mirrored, and some maybe did not understand.
Then we connected, and sang for common good, for Fertility and Creation of new Dreams to come.
And we all touched her.
And then she, and we, we all shined a little more.

A small dark skinned Lady rushes in the church with incense, a bottle, and a chicken…
A tall proud Man rises his shell to the Skies and blows…
An Untouchable rises his axe to cut the head of the bull for Kali…
In the Jungle the Shaman blows his whistle…
By the Sacred River Lights and Flowers are given to the Waters…
In the Desert a man is praying on his carpet…
In the city the Woman looks at the Skies…
At the hospital on intensive care, the Family is silent…
Oh yes, we all can talk to Big Mistery, and all the Other Ones,
and it is a sign of Humility, and Courage, and maybe Crazyness,
but we ARE allowed, and we all can…
Thankfulness
….maybe more of a concept, than a “real thing” for some.
Very good exercise here: put a Stone on anything higher that you, and that can shake, in any position that is not too sure, in an unbalanced balance, and do things right under it.
If you are busy enough, at some point you will forget about the Stone, and if you are really busy, you will forget it completely.
Be very busy right under the Stone, until you come to shake the thing, and the Stone falls on your Head or on your Feet.
Sure after a few “damn!” and maybe some Pain, you will understand what I mean.
You felt better before. Be thankful for yesterday, where the Stone was not there, and that the Stone did not damage you so much, or kill you.
That is clear understanding on Thankfulness.
Usually things could be MUCH WORSE! 🙂
It’s party time
People are coming, many….
Tents pop up, many…
Little by little the place is changed. Music starts, Music goes on, loud…
… working, dancing, looking around…
Fires are lit, Fires are burning, we connect, we discharge, we laugh, we talk, we stay, we move, we meet, we flirt, we eat, we drink, we smoke, we dance, we sit…
So many faces, so many Eyes…we are here together to have a Good Time.
At the Sacred Fire, we are quiet, and Fire is happy, and shows us.
Feel like I love You all, see that You (We) all are Beautyful expression of Creation, of Human…
Maybe your Beer, or whatever you took, was good…
Put the head beside for this one moment, no judgement necessary or needed…
ALL IS GOOD, and WE ALL SHINE

a Sweat
Whatever we come from, and what/whoever we are, in here there is Room for us.
We do not need to pretend to be anything, or anyone. Our prayers/songs or words may be simple and true, our Silence will be welcome and respected.
We all care for someone, or something, we all suffer, we all rejoyce, we all are living here and now, this moment, in this place.
Together, with our Breath and our Hearts, and Spirit help, we create the Magic of Humbleness, of Truth, of Unity, through our differences and our beliefs.
It is Another Reality in here, in Peace we are, One Living Cell now.
May our Blessings come through, blessed by the Sun (Fire), Stones (Ancestors), Earth Mother and Father, and may our Prayers fly out in Space and Sky, and find their ways.
