Walks in Nature, in the Sun…

Break from the Winter,

Recharging, relaxing, having a good Time…

Our plan got scattered,

thrown away…

 

“Bam!”, said the Body,

“Down with you!”.

Flu, or whatever it is…

Stop, stop, stop!

Get off the World!

Get in!

 

It turned into a Retreat,

a “lonely-double” one,

a long long one…

While our Bodies are resetting,

“Sickness” is the Companion,

Stillness is the Companion…

We do what is necessary,

as little as possible.

 

Altered Consciousness…

we fly,

we feel dull,

we sleep and sleep,

we dream, and dream…

Quiet,

Blurred,

Clear?

 

The Animal Human is recovering,

Healing itself,

Resting,

“Forced” to Rest.

Patience, dear ones…

Patience with yourselves!

 

Energy “low”,

(or am I “judging”?) …

Maybe “Energy Change”?

“Refining oneself”?,

“Re-defining oneself”?

Purging?

Cleansing?

Reconstructing?…

It all, and more?

 

Accept, accept, accept…

 

What is the Gift of this time?

 

Spirit is Smiling,

Floating,

and says

“It is all right”,

“It is a part of the “Journey”,

called Life”…
