It is… a strange “Happiness”,
…Everything growing,
and I can taste Blood…
Nature is exploding in its Beauty,
and I can taste Blood and Death…
without much to do about it…
It is a strange “Peace”,
lying in the Light,
still Dark Shadows passing by…
It has been there before, too many times…
I try to keep Faith in Human Beings,
and my Heart open and Blossoming…
One got to do, what one got to do,
and there will be Another day, with a better taste,
some day.
My Drum just answered…
Smile, it said…
Whatever happens,
let us KEEP OUR LIGHT SHINING!
It is very hard now, again, to keep on Trust in Human beings,
when they show themselves as monsters…
War and violence are monsters, and create monsters.
It is very hard when one’s Heart starts closing down, loosing Faith, and getting colder…
And, we cannot ignore it.
It is test times, how we react, and how we manage, through Pain and Destruction,
to keep our Lives going, and our Energy on the “positive side”.
But we have to, we “must”…
The opposite will feed the monster
and poison us with fear.
And there IS still, a lot of Beauty,
all around us too.
We need to REMEMBER!
And look for it!
And…
After the “attacks” are over,
there WILL BE PEACE again.
We keep on praying, and doing what we CAN do.
“Common” sense?
I wish it was more common…
Some smaller and bigger “Wisdom from People to People” pieces are often hidden “in there”…
I am very patient person, but not always.
This Guy came for “learning”, and his head was already full to the top, mostly full of “net knowledge”…
He wanted it all, and he wanted it now…
But, common sense,
“Rome was not built in one day”, so to speak.
I remember that, when I get impatient, in this fast fast World…
I will mention it to him next time, but he is already “moved on”,
probably good for me.
We reflect these days on what our Future will bring with,
how it will shape,
and how to deal with the many questions we have…
The other day I got a “picture” from my Helpers, about our situation, and previous challenges in our World.
Strange times, again, we are going through, indeed…
The image showed a kind of large Medicine Wheel, turning.
In the middle, a blurred Being, desperately trying to slow down the Wheel,
falling off Balance, stepping around weird,
and falling off again…
It went on for a while, and looked dramatic…
After that, the Being, exhausted, finally relaxed,
found its spot,
and allowed itself to follow the rotation…
Up to us if it makes sense and how.
Wait,
stop.
Listen…
Maybe the Wind is talking,
maybe Silence is talking,
to You,
right
now.
Listen…
…
Like we casually can meet People,
we can meet other Beings.
And one may call it “face recognition”
made up from the Brain, or stop judging
and explaining,
and enjoy this little “miracle”,
and its Presence.
This one Tree-Face manifested,
without “talking”,
for a few moments.
It looked serious,
and I could see why.
Its half Body was broken,
still it produced Gems,
beautiful and many.
Ohhhh, I wish we all could,
when we are only half alive!
Or…maybe we do…
“News feed”,
“notifications”,
“amazing” stories,
“time robbing” ones,
“updates”,
“inspirations”,
“banalities”,
“markets and sales”,
“meetings”,
posting the “best or poorest You”,
accumulating “news”,
on line became online,
and…
WHERE are YOU?
And…
HOW are YOU?
Wind is blowing and tells its Tales,
Gems are growing,
Black Bird and Crows are singing,
Guardian, still, keeps the Sacred Room,
Sun shines on it All…
…while We are worrying,
and worrying…
Our sacred Waters,
Our Life, our Home.
Necessary, misused, and polluted.
Let us respect and thank our Waters,
whenever and whatever we use it for.
Let us bless our Inner Water…
Let us bless our Water when we drink,
when we wash, when we swim
we are drinking Life!
and keep it clean.
It is maybe a little hard to concentrate and celebrate a Sun ceremony right now, with the war going on.
We tried it before, covid 19, other wars, refugees, natural catastrophes…
We tried it before, and we will do it again.
Tomorrow, symbolically and in fact, Light and Dark are in Balance, for a few moments. And here it is Spring, Renewal, fresh, Growth…Nature is awakening, Flowers blossom, Hope and Trust are in the Air…
The Sun is regaining its Power, its Warmth, its Glory.
And symbolically and energetically we move with…
Individual, private part.
Each one of us know, as Humans, what Light and Dark symbolize. We may have a preference for Light, but they are both equally important, if we reflect a bit about it.
TAKE SOME TIME FOR YOURSELF, go for a walk, a run, or be QUIET, dedicating these moments to Yourself and All there is.
We have the opportunity to REFLECT ONCE MORE, and FIND VALUES IN BOTH.
As Human beings, we “are” several planes (just for simplicity): the Body, the Emotional body, the Mind and the Spirit.
Where are we in, and where are we out of Balance? Where and how can we make progress?
If you have Spirit helpers, consult them too.
Practically, it is a time of Refreshing, ourselves, our Homes, our Altar, and letting go…of our psychic Dust, of our Fear and Anger,of our unfinished business (or finish them), of items which should have been given on…
Time for Forgiveness, and Compassion…And new wows.
Common part (can also be private of course)
On the larger scale, we have our Planet and the Sun Return to honor and thank, and ceremonies to be done, for common good, for Improvement of Peace, Justice, Fairness…
Celebrating this time will be also dedicating some of our Energy to Illuminate People in Power, and dedicate a Thought or a Prayer to the Dead and the Suffering, or give a Donation or a Present.
Are you celebrating on your own, it does not need to be complicated, your Heart and Honesty will show how and what to do, and there is no right and wrong.
Are you celebrating with others, may you have a wonderful time!

Time stops, in Perfection…
Rolling a smoke for the Girl who wishes it too…and giving it to her…
Resting our backs in the Sun, with People, Crows, and Flowers,
saying nothing yet, eyes closed, Feeling…
realizing how rich we are,
how peaceful and beautiful this is…
Resting our backs on a piece of wall in the Sun,
now we are sharing, heavy things in her Life,
but she knows we are rich now,
and the burdens lighten, and lighten.
Privileged we are, and in Peace we are,
and so lucky we are,
and Peace is growing in her Heart, and in her Brain too…
and mine…
and everything is and will be lighter,
and she will be stronger, and do what she needs to…
cause so rich we are, sharing this moment now…

Observing through Reality.
“Whatever” is happening has a hidden or obvious “meaning”, and consequences.
Through covid 19, we learned much.
Now we are learning about effects of war on our Reality, on our Hearts, on our Energy bodies, and our Thinking.
Shaken, again.
The Energy of War is Destruction, Violence and Fear, but it also shows the kind nature of Mankind, Help and Solidarity. If we look, we can see both.
The Climate challenges are still deep and got “forgotten”, but prices exploding may show us a way to take care on what we use and abuse. If we look, we do have some choices. From abuse to use.
We “ought” to keep awake and aware, and take it all serious, but with a Smile…
It is Madness…, no doubt!
Inner Peace can be hard to keep…
Let us keep it, and make it Grow.
Let us do our best to Trust, and keep feeding the “positive” Energy body of Earth and Human Concious, and while we pray and do what we have to do, see “good things happen”, and Change come soon.
Let us enjoy ourselves, who we are with, and what we have, fully, give what we can, while we can, NOW.
There seem (to me) to be no other way.

“Free Spirit me”, of course, never liked fences.
Fences were “limits”, “borders”, “insane”…
I observed many times, they “closed in”, or “opened out”
and they “closed out”, or ” opened in”,
which meant also they “contained”…or “not contained”…
They “defined”…
So far so good…
Until… I got a Garden,
and “expressive neighbors”…
(after years of peaceful ones).
All of a sudden,
I needed definition, limits…
“Mine”, “theirs”…
I needed room to breathe, without having to face them, constantly…
Privacy!
Since the fence has come up,
It feels great!
MY egoistic ROOM!
MY space!
Like any other Animal,
MY TERRITORY! is finally tangible!
My Sacred space!
So to speak, one evolves, or “involves”?
And speaking “larger”…
LIMITS ARE NEEDED AT TIMES….:)
This new client of mine came in.
He had so many questions… and they were relevant most of them.
Open, honest, ready to “learn”, and passionate, he wanted it all, NOW.
And of course he was much in his Mind…
One of the “best” questions he asked, concerned…
“How does one know the difference between when the Mind, and when the Heart is “talking”?
In the new Age, we talk much about the Heart.
So, how does one discern?
And how does one not split but embrace?
Both are Gifts we have, both important.
Our amazing Mind talks much, and feeds us with inspiration, ideas, old and new.
Movies, of all kinds, and a certain amount of repetition too, at times useful, at times disturbing.
Our Heart, long forgotten and censored, may have grown “cold”, “worried” or “afraid”…
It got hurt so many many times.
It needs Patience, Compassion, and Warmth, but it says the “Truth”…
One “knows”… without doubt, behind the Fear of being hurt again, behind ANY DOUBT.
So, let us talk and listen to our Hearts, and be ready to listen.
And consult our Mind.
And consult our Heart.
Let us make them become Friends.
Any other option?

Time is so short, while we are here on Earth, and so important.

We got so much else to do, TO HEAL, and to IMPROVE on our Planet.
Things are touchy and unstable…

WOULD YOU HAVE, DO YOU REALLY WISH, ” a little conquer more”…WHY?
Would You make Your People suffer because You NEED OTHERS TO SUFFER?
WHAT DO YOU GAIN?
And HOW MUCH YOU’LL LOOSE, and how much will THE PEOPLE LOOSE?
ENOUGH MADNESS have we seen in our World, ENOUGH UNJUSTICE, TROUBLES, ENOUGH KILLING, ENOUGH SEPARATION…
Please, please, please…INVEST the same energy in COMMON GOOD instead, and BECOME REAL HEROES!

for the very first time.

was blessed by thick Fog.
By the Ocean,
Sky and Water had melted…
By the Earth,
All was blurred, surrealistic.
Being in Instant Meditation…
Concepts and Thoughts were washed away,
meaningless,
and Sounds reduced.
One big Cloud of Nothingness,
One gentle Breath of Drops.
I take it like a good Omen.
