There is a thin thin line
between “Courage” and “Madness”,
between “Love” and “Hate”,
between “Life” and “Death”…
William Blake said that
…”The road of excess leads to the palace of wisdom”…
for us to feel, reflect, and maybe transform, or move beyond…
Our “Power”
Each one of us has one, or more:
our Passion, our Abilities, our Skills, our own “Magic” spot
where we are “strongest”.
Some of us hide it, unaware that there may be a “need to share”…
and a “need to receive” from the others,
and that the “need” and the “sharing” moment may be “right now”
at this time on Earth.
At the Summer Solstice,
we can look, among other things, at where our Magic is,
because, through Life, we may have forgotten or denied it,
or when we encountered difficulties, we had to let it go.
And we can look upon when, how, and with whom, we will start our “sharing”.
We all need all the “support” we can get,
and we all need to give the “support” we can give…
then the big Wheel will turn.
It’s time for…
It’s time for Light,
it’s time for Growth,
it’s time for Flowers,
it’s time for Love.
It’s time for Play,
it’s time to Hug,
it’s time to Trust…

Water’s day (22 March)
2023 keeps on pushing us, in many ways,
chocking, chaotic, painful and destructive,
wonderful, open, constructive and developing.
So many extremes…
And we got to keep balancing.
Three ceremonial days in a row are manifesting now:
Equinox, new Moon, and Water’s day.
Suggestions for Water’s day,
just in case…
Prepare a large Bowl of Water
to be outdoor both on Equinox and New Moon, day and night.
If you are on your own on Water’s day,
now you have Water.
Have a ritual wash,
feel the inner Waters in your Body,
and the outer Waters on and in Earth,
and connect to them.
Thank for Life that Water gives us all.
Bless it with your Love and Gratitude.
Sprinkle it on and around yourself.
Move then to a lager Body or Water,
and give it away,
after a little drink to yourself.
Have a lovely ceremony!
Changing Skin…?
There are times in our Lives, when things feel or get strange…
It is hard to admit for some…
And it is easy for others: they can complain, because they feel it legitimate.
But…Do complains make us grow? Our pain-bodies expand… to whose gain?…
What is happening?
Vulnerability and Uncertainty are the Colors of these times, shaky friends, still interesting ones.
Looking at Nature…
In the period of changing Skin, the Snake is sensitive.
And when its Head, and Eyes, are covered, and it cannot see, it gets nervous and scared.
Because of its Vulnerability, it may be more dangerous, but mostly to itself?
The Snake finishes its process,
and we “should” allow ourselves as well to go through ours.
Our new Skin to the World…
Time, Care and Patience…
What will I be, what will I become?
Trying to BE THERE…
Cleaning up is a precious thing,
This state, one of the many facets of Death we go through.
We cannot be “stars” right now, cheat, or perform.
Keep close to yourself,
to Silence and Nature,
and to People you Trust.
This is one of the many Colors we Are.
Allow it to Shine, as delicate or weird as it may look.
Happy Rebirth, when it comes.
Prayer or ? good wishes? what?
I remember my “first time”.
My Father’s heart had stopped, and Mother and I sat in the hospital room, waiting for news.
At that time I was atheist, nothing or no one to convert my “prayers” to, no beliefs, no religion, no spirituality, so I got surprised and chocked once I realized what had been going on.
Me? Praying?
Father was brought back to Life, and again Gratitude filled me, and was sent/given? to something, someone… somewhere…
The word “prayer” may feel “right” to some, “false” to some, “unknown” to some…
Reflecting…
If prayer is… “intense, honest and focused attention towards a “positive” effect on someone or something”?
(One kind…then other sorts of prayers exist …)
Then…Can we?…
And may we?…
… “judge” what is “right and wrong”, and freely send “positive thoughts”?
…whether…we believe we got “God” inside, we believe in “God” outside, we got “no God”,
…or we believe Quantum results…
“Wishing good” (little prayer) can only be positive and fruitful!
And so for longer prayer!
And let us not only do it when “in need”!
Ohhh….
The Brain talks much!
Prayer is a matter of Heart!
Then…
Explore,
find your Truth
find your way.

Each and every Move,
and every Choice we take,
brings us on in our Life’s Web.
Closer and closer to Who We Are,
hopefully?
At times we do not see the crossings,
or we believe them to be something else,
or we ignore them.
We produce Lines and Arrows,
we produce Curves,
we believe the Food we catch to be Dirt,
or the Dirt to be Food,
or Disturbance.
And it is all right,
even Weird Nets are still Nets.
And we are the crazy Spiders.
We are Creation.
Looking, observing, and more…
Those working with shamanism know we got more than two Eyes,
…and we got more than this one Body too.
But…If our Eyes work, if our Bodies work, in “Ordinary Reality”, it is a great everyday’s Gift, not to be forgotten, and not to be denied.
Something more to be Grateful for!
And that is “common good”, unless your Body and our Senses are not working so well…
But then we will develop “other kinds of Senses”, and other “strategies”.
We are so amazing!
Hmmm…The “ordinary” View, our “ordinary” Senses…
We can learn so much here, already, when we polish our Sight, when we cancel or manage to “pause” our “patterns” of observation…
There is so much new and inspiring to be discovered, to be processed fresh!
And so with all our Senses.
Play play, play! Learn, learn, learn!

Winter Solstice 2022
In Movement lies Life.
In Movement we learn and grow.
In Limitations we see Importance…
In Light we are active and fast,
In Dark we are slower, careful.
Embrace the Winter…
In the Darkness we rest and explore,
discharge, reflect, meditate,
create and recreate…
The Gift of Winter is the Cold,
Its clear and brutal Beauty,
and its potential Silence.
The Seed of new Conciousness
is our New Born,
expanding like the morning Light,
shining more and more.
Like the Sun,
we die to be REBORN.
Enjoy both,
give offerings and thanks,
Celebrate in Joy!

The point of the previous 3 parts was self-reflection.
The point of this reminder is slightly different.
We may “feel” that we are not “there” where we “should be”,
and this could create even more “junk” in our system… (which we do not need).
This is what many personal development courses are about,
“you still have a long way to go”, “look at how you are not this and that”
… Maybe, and Yes!
But… we keep on moving…(Work in progress:)
In this last reminder, I like to talk about the Power of Laughter, and self-Irony,
a very important and forgotten Healer.
We do not need to be so serious! We may smile, and laugh!
It will lighten everything immediately, guarantee.
And… You, I , We,
rich or poor, single or in Love, good/silly looking, sharp or not so much…
YOU, I , We…
are Wonderful Beings, just because we ARE LIFE,
we got the Power, and it is right there to take!
We are amazing, Infinite Energy, enormous Potential,
and much more than we believe ourselves!

Remember…a reminder
***”Personal” preparation to the Winter solstice (part 3), welcome!***
We could call it Awareness, but maybe nowadays it is a little “misused” word?
So let us call it different…
It is about remembering, about “polishing our Eyes, and our Heart”,
about “Truth” (another maybe misused word?).
It is about our situation, our World, and our World is ruled from the top.
It may be late for “necessary repairs”???
But…we rule our World from the bottom!
We buy, we support, we construct, we dismantle…
We rule in the way that we can CHOOSE, what, how much, and how,
is up to everyone of us, and it is GOOD ENOUGH!
We remember of the “cause-effect” law,
that EACH PART is important, (without Drops, no Rain, no Ocean),
and that we got this one Planet, this one Water, while we are here.
Indulging, “I am too small”, and “what I do does not change anything”, is OUT (and too late).
So, we still can CHOOSE, in many matters.
In our Thoughts, in our Preferences, in our Intention.
What a Responsibility, and a Gift!
…Becoming rich in SAYING “NO THANKS”!
And we remember, with clear Sight,
and “consulting our Hearts”, then it is even “easier”.
We keep on moving…:)
Doing our “best”, a reminder
What is “my best” can be different from yours,
and often Entanglement and Misunderstanding are the result of this (let us call it) “Judgement”.
“Difference”, is created, and therefore Frustration.
We are not on the same “line” any longer… one is up, one is down…
We get blurred by our Expectations and Projections, our own Dramas.
We tend to “believe”, “suppose”, “expect”, and poison our Time and Energy,
and the others’s, Friendships and Relations.
When we do not (or try not to) suppose/expect , everything that comes is a Gift.
When we keep “center”, and move within our own “Truth”, “impeccable”,
there is not much that can shake us, we “just” (try to) do our Best,
and that is it. “Simple?”…
Let us try to keep clear, sane, and honest,
and keep on living, doing, and acting, as we KNOW is our “Best”.
We keep on moving…
Cleaning up times, a reminder
Spiritual work is much more than we may think.
There are “simple” things we may “forget” to deal with.
I like to remind both you and me, while moving towards the Winter Solstice.
It is about the Power of our Words, and the Thought/Intention behind them.
If you did not read my book, or if you did, l talk about lots of Clearing, ongoing, like removing Dust, washing, cleaning…
And here it comes, one reminder:
Let us be honest and clear in our Words, and behind, in our Thoughts, in our Heart,
aware and awake.
Let us be able to Forgive Ourselves (and Others) when/if we “fall”.
Let us treat well, and Honor Ourselves and Others, let us talk with Respect,
and before , and behind that, let us consult our Hearts, our Mind, and our Spirit.
Ho!
Keep on going!
Looking…
I was looking into my Land…
Space and Views blew me away…
The Sea, close and far,
“my” sharp Rocks,
the gentle Forests,
the Spikes and Trenches from the War,
Sage, smells, and little Flowers,
the small Fields, the dark fertile Earth, the Caves…
I saw into the great Beauty and the Wild,
in the Blood that was given to the Ground,
in the painful Memories, and in the Sweet sweet ones,
in the traces of Wild Pigs and Deer,
in the shining blue black Bugs.
I rested in the Sun,
and in the harsh Wind…
Quiet.
Gone.
Old Songs and Sayings came back,
the crazy sound of “my” Dialect,
Connecting with “my” People,
Touching Hearts,
Feeling Hearts,
and the Mess, and the Olives, and the Wine,
and the Churches, the Cathedral, and some horrible Buildings,
and the History, and the Culture,
and “my” old and new Spots,
Sunsets and Sunsets…
Breath and Breath…
It is all me, I am all that…
“Travelling”
“Travelling”.
“Leaving”.
From “Here” to “There”,
from “This” to “next Bubble”,
from “This” to “next Reality”,
from “Out” to “In”,
from “In” to “Out”…
And all other “Versions”
…and “Mixes”,
…and “In Betweens”…
For all “Travels”,
“Preparation” is crucial.
And often
it is not the “arrival Point” that matters,
but… how we “Clear”, “get Ready”,
and…how we “Move” to there.
(Everlasting Ceremony)…
The End, the Beginning…
We usually like more “Beginnings”,
we call them often “fresh and new”…
Full of Hope, Enthusiasm…
Change is coming!
“Endings” , on the other side,
feel often more “negative”,
even , sometimes, when they “finally”come,
they may bring in a “new stage”,
with a good portion of Freedom,
exactly like “Beginnings”
We tend to consider them more like ” Deaths”,
“Limitation”…
We are funny… 🙂
EVERY BEGINNING IS AN ENDING,
AND EVERY ENDING IS A BEGINNING…
EVERY BEGINNING IS A BEGINNING AND AN ENDING,
and EVERY ENDING IS AN ENDING AND A BEGINNING…
There is “Value” in both, and “no Value”…
It is us who define them,
fixing Something that is “pure Movement”.
“Entangled in” or/and “Co Creators” of all this,
Life is,
and We are.
Relevant?
Probably not,
maybe yes.
Still,
We seem to “need” them.
Challenges, and …
Like it was not enough with Covids long and still lasting time,
we are being faced with extra destruction, more humanitarian and natural challenges, war, expensive food and warmth for our homes, prices going bananas…
It is terrifying, especially if we allow IT to rule and ruin our Lives, through fear, stress, depression, and powerlessness.
It may sound easy and superficial when I say, but, again, we can do what each one of us can do, and that is it, we all have our special talents and ways to deal with challenges, and let us use them the best we can.
We have also been growing through the pandemic , regarding slight changes of values, focus, and awareness.
Now we also need to wisely consider our real needs, and take care of our Minds and Hearts.
And going DOWN won’t do it, it won’t help.
We may need to step out, and reconsider, use our creativity to solve or minimize our actual “problems”, maybe create new unthought “solutions”, maybe invent something “new and different” to deal with the several kinds of pressure that weight on us.
Look with Awareness, maybe change some patterns, invent “new”?
It is easier to say than to do, maybe, and for the “poor” , as usual, there are much more challenges than can be solved by these suggestions, but still…
We need to be awake, and HELP our Being and FELLOW BEINGS NOT to collapse, BE STRONG instead, and put “creativity”and “will” in, HOPE , TRUST, instead of hopelessness, and defeat.
The Waves are “disturbing” right now, still we got to Swim.
Do i need this, can I spare, can I share? Can I modify my need?
Can I invent “different solutions”, choose “other options”?
Can I give, can I allow me to take, how much? Can I modify, mold into something else?
Where are my strengths, my powers, my community, my heart?
Where and how can I create new ways of dealing with the pressure, what can i practically do, how?
How can I enjoy myself, and keep the Spirit high, through this, and how much responsibility do I have, and how do I deal with it?
If we can consider it as a game that we are forced to play, or choose to, it may get lighter…
Add all your questions, and answers, and let us go THROUGH with open -Heart, and clear Peaceful Mind.
We ARE MOVING THROUGH…after all…
And tomorrow, better or worse, will still come!
Loss and Pain
In our society, everything being speedy and controlled, there is not much space for Pain.
After any kind of Death (and Deaths can be many, and of different kinds, “loosing”…), we often are confronted by the fact that “We better move on”, soon.
Pain seems not to be “accepted”, and Compassion is forgotten.
It seems that many of us do not like, or cannot deal with Pain from another fellow Being. It has gone so far that Pain is repressed, hidden, and it has almost became shameful, not to mention Grief, and Crying.
Or, opposite, is grown into a “cult”, with followers (media), and at times made into business.
Generally, most of our Living processes, are pushed, and pushed, and pushed, without respect for the one who is sitting in the middle of it.
Even the very precious Learning that comes from Loss, the deep one, is neglected, and missed.
Recover after Loss, after Death, after Separation, takes Time, this precious Time that we are told we do not have, or that we believe we do not own.
Patience! The results of not taking care of our Whole Being can lead to troubles and unbalances, that make our Life worse later on…
Why are we doing this to ourselves?
How are we supposed to Grow, when we do not take care of ourselves, and each other?
(from my experience with “painful” Persons, plus my own)
Gently…
Gently…
Allow yourself a break, some moments in Time,
for You, just for You.
Gently,
Allow whatever needs to come from Deep Deep Inside,
to be Listened to, to Manifest.
Listen, and Allow it to be, and then to Melt away…
Gently,
Feel, Listen, and Feel…
Your Time…
And, gently, Move back to this Now…
Or Transcend into Energy…
The Circle…
The Circle opens us,
and it touches us,
the Heart,
the Mind…
From being Foreginers,
we become a little more Friends,
Friends to ourselves,
Friends to the other ones,
Together, we grow,
and we blossom.

Strange…
It is… a strange “Happiness”,
…Everything growing,
and I can taste Blood…
Nature is exploding in its Beauty,
and I can taste Blood and Death…
without much to do about it…
It is a strange “Peace”,
lying in the Light,
still Dark Shadows passing by…
It has been there before, too many times…
I try to keep Faith in Human Beings,
and my Heart open and Blossoming…
One got to do, what one got to do,
and there will be Another day, with a better taste,
some day.
My Drum just answered…
Smile, it said…
test, test… again!
It is very hard now, again, to keep on Trust in Human beings,
when they show themselves as monsters…
War and violence are monsters, and create monsters.
It is very hard when one’s Heart starts closing down, loosing Faith, and getting colder…
And, we cannot ignore it.
It is test times, how we react, and how we manage, through Pain and Destruction,
to keep our Lives going, and our Energy on the “positive side”.
But we have to, we “must”…
The opposite will feed the monster
and poison us with fear.
And there IS still, a lot of Beauty,
all around us too.
We need to REMEMBER!
And look for it!
And…
After the “attacks” are over,
there WILL BE PEACE again.
We keep on praying, and doing what we CAN do.
Where are You?
“News feed”,
“notifications”,
“amazing” stories,
“time robbing” ones,
“updates”,
“inspirations”,
“banalities”,
“markets and sales”,
“meetings”,
posting the “best or poorest You”,
accumulating “news”,
on line became online,
and…
WHERE are YOU?
And…
HOW are YOU?
…in the meantime…
Wind is blowing and tells its Tales,
Gems are growing,
Black Bird and Crows are singing,
Guardian, still, keeps the Sacred Room,
Sun shines on it All…
…while We are worrying,
and worrying…
Our sacred Waters
Our sacred Waters,
Our Life, our Home.
Necessary, misused, and polluted.
Let us respect and thank our Waters,
whenever and whatever we use it for.
Let us bless our Inner Water…
Let us bless our Water when we drink,
when we wash, when we swim
we are drinking Life!
and keep it clean.
Observing, learning?
Observing through Reality.
“Whatever” is happening has a hidden or obvious “meaning”, and consequences.
Through covid 19, we learned much.
Now we are learning about effects of war on our Reality, on our Hearts, on our Energy bodies, and our Thinking.
Shaken, again.
The Energy of War is Destruction, Violence and Fear, but it also shows the kind nature of Mankind, Help and Solidarity. If we look, we can see both.
The Climate challenges are still deep and got “forgotten”, but prices exploding may show us a way to take care on what we use and abuse. If we look, we do have some choices. From abuse to use.
We “ought” to keep awake and aware, and take it all serious, but with a Smile…
It is Madness…, no doubt!
Inner Peace can be hard to keep…
Let us keep it, and make it Grow.
Let us do our best to Trust, and keep feeding the “positive” Energy body of Earth and Human Concious, and while we pray and do what we have to do, see “good things happen”, and Change come soon.
Let us enjoy ourselves, who we are with, and what we have, fully, give what we can, while we can, NOW.
There seem (to me) to be no other way.
Consult your Spirit helpers, Spirit and Friends for Guidance and Help. Work together.
While…
The utmost Teacher is standing in the corner, looking…
So easy to Forget,
equal for All, unbeaten, unstoppable…
Death from this Life,
So let’s Live well…NOW.
MEMENTO MORI!
