We get entangled at times,
We are Human.
Oh Bitter Medicin,
Still Medicin.
Accepting and Embracing
And Dropping out of it
For a second….
Take a Deep deep Breath,
Take a Good Deep Laugh
And walk through the Veil

Do I Wish this?
Do I need this?
Maybe corona thought us something?
Probably, or maybe, if you knew how it felt, it would be different? Noise!
It feels like Violence, it feels like Pain, it feels like one’s Solar plexus, or Heart or Head, or Stomach, or them all, are being penetrated and tortured.
It feels like one is being badly hurt, even like knives, to the “Sensitive “.It becomes Hell!
We are talking much of habitat, green, sustainable….Who is talking about Noise? Shouldn’t the Green Change should contain this part too?
If we thought and considered for a while HOW MUCH PAIN we inflict others, it may help a little?
(Some of the “Sensitive ” are considered “nuts”…. It is “our own fault”…. then if you are rich you can buy very good earplugs, price from 1200 DKK. ,problem solved, and gently you are cut out).
Are we aware of the Power of Noise, and what it does on EVERYONE’S SYSTEM, NERVES, STRESS and its contribution to sickness? We better get aware soon.
Did you not HEAR THE DIFFERENCE in the city? HEAR THE DIFFERENCE UN RECREATIONAL AREAS TOO!
Are we aware of the Power of Silence, of how Healing it can be, and the difference it can make?

However and whatever corona comes from, and as we know theories are many, (and each one chooses what to believe), it is here and has “intaken” and is changing our World. This is a fact.
The challenge and its aspects we all can see, Death, Fear, economic crises, doubts, isolation, domestic violence, and… less poisoning of our Earth, less noise, reflection, solidarity, and…new communication ways opening, to mention a few “consequences “.
The fact is… Our “Energy waves”, our Psyche, and our Conciousness are under pressure. Our Pain Bodies awaken each time we face it in any way, and the media are very good at nourishing both the scary and luckily also the “positive side”.
So, we are under chock.
Should we be moving, and surely we are, to another level of Conciousness, we need to take care of ourselves and each other more than usual, and keep grounded and stable, because of the chock. We are more vulnerable.
But Isolation can make us stronger too.
Lucky enough, Nature is there to provide us Healing and Discovery , for the ones who are allowed to move, and everyone hopefully has a piece of it to look at, or some Sky and Clouds to contemplate.
And our Spirit and Fantasy and Dreams are Free as always.
The time is there be grateful for our Life, the challenges of our new Now, appreciate what we have, and bless and strengthen our Reality in its wholeness, whatever it is. Why? To try to balance it all.
By taking care of ourselves and our relationships in the ways we can, by Gentleness and Patience and Creativity, by….. You Name it.
And by Reflection, Self-reflection, Respect and Self respect, by keeping our Hearts open, by new Creativity and Play and Fun, and…each one’s “creation”.
Words are easy to say and to write, and we all heard it before, but we may need to hear it again and again.
Let us try to enjoy and use this strange moment and new possibility we got.

… Maybe we have been watching ourselves extra closely, noticing we may not have “grown” as much as we thought, discovering that some of the “bricks” we thought were stable on our path are gone, our “security” is trembling?
Maybe we were searching for new inspiration, new ideas, and got stuck in the older “self”, and patterns? Then “corona” appeared.
When less “social connection/entanglement” is present, looking “in” may be scary, our honesty and clarity can become “a weapon” against ourselves, our self-observation a violent hindrance.
“Where is my Power, where is my Power?” we may ask, and see no answer.
The process of Healing takes forgiveness, patience, energy, and time.
We may need to examine all our “little achievements and victories” instead!
And have a little Break?
Get some Quality Time, for ourselves.
We are forced to Retreat more then usual. It is a great opportunity, let us enjoy it and use it.
Mother Nature is there, Spring is glowing and growing right now.
Get out there, get refreshed! Contact Spiritual Friends and Helpers! Trees and “All Our Relations”!
Then we will be able to bloom again.
All Our Relations are all the Living Beings we share our Earth with (Rocks too), including the Elements (Air, Fire, etc), the Sky and the Celestial Beings like Sun, Moon, Stars, etc., and Space .

Every choice and every step we take needs to be impeccable and for common good, as much as we can. AND WE CAN.
We can do Miracles, small and big, and they all are equally important.

We are facing this tricky “Unknown” and the results of the “Uknown” on us.
But at least we are in this one TOGETHER, joined, many.
We got to be alert and aware, and responsible.
This one needs Respect!
It is hard to “see the Blessing”, the opportunity we get,
but there may be some? Like more TIME for some of us?
Like considering VALUES and how we treat our LIFE and EACH OTHER ?
Or our choices? Our priorities? Our real needs?
Who/what do we CARE for?
How willing are we to limit our Freedom of movement?
How greedy are we? How large?
Maybe an opportunity to share quality time with our closest ones? Or with ourselves?
Time for Spirit? Cleaning up? Reflection? Do nothing?
Praying, meditation, sex, communication, art or Silence?
We are given choices, and a challenge.
Maybe we needed it?
In the meantime…
Nature will have a break from some of the Poison we usually treat her with,
and cities from the nervous Energy of Noise and Fuel Smells…
and still our Spirit is strong,
and still Spring is coming…
and Nature is there.
Lucky enough it is not a war, but it is in a way, and we all need to go through it, and “win” our ordinary Reality back.

Until short ago, it was just “sic-fi” or “apocalyptic” movies, now we are in, like it or not.
Extraordinary times, extraordinary measures, FOR COMMON GOOD! (It could be worse:)
Forced isolation, limited contacts, no entertainment in public…
Patience and Patience, please wait….no one knows what and when…
For some of us it is hard, for some of us it is ok, just we need to keep the Spirit high and do not go down, or panic.
Some choose it as a Path of Life, what are we really so worried about?
We got ways, net, and phones, we got Friends and Family…
We shall survive, we always did, more or less.
The Unknown has touched us, and it is a little scary.
Maybe it is okay to be a little scared?
Maybe it is okay to see the difference previous/now?
Maybe we got new opportunities in our “golden jail”?
We are still lucky and rich
even many will loose much.
Money cannot buy Health back so far, for once.
Everything is at question,
maybe we will learn something new.
I was on the beautiful Tenerife, mostly off line most times.
There had been very chaotic and controversial news about when and if and how People could fly back home. Flights cancelled, airports full, a mess. Lands were closing down, guests were confused and worried. Government had to decide what to do on the islands in the night…
Our hostel lady was preoccupied too.
I overheard some explanation in Spanish next morning about it was forbidden to go out there too now, packed my water and sandwich, and rushed out the door. It was my last day before, maybe, hopefully, flying back. What to do? Live!
My plan was to visit a Mountain I had fallen in Love with, and it had not been possible because of the Storm strong Wind blowing on the last days. Now or maybe never.
Even though police was already out checking, I managed to get away. I walked further and further away from the little city.
I spent a wonderful full day on the Mountain, and fell even more in Love with it.
Then eve came, and it got colder and Wind grew.
I walked on the Beaches as long as I could, hiding a little just in case…
Few cars around, some runners, some Dog walkers…
…approaching… the little city had fallen asleep, everything locked up.
Two supermarkets opened with lines of waiting People, and new rules…
All felt awkward, a strange movie, now it was reality. Creeps.
While waiting in line, suddenly I could hear clapping.
The clapping grew more and more.
“Yes yes, we are here, we are Living!”
“We are locked up, but together about this!”
The clapping said. What a relief!
It was profound, it was beautiful, it warmed my Heart, it made me happy.
Good Simple Medicine we can do Together in hard times! 🙂

Enormous Wild Waves crashing…
Bold Man entering Violent Waters…
Maybe he had an issue,
Or something to prove…
Maybe he was repenting,
Or Healing himself…
Maybe he was a Munk,
Or a Martial Art Man…
Maybe he wished the Ocean would take him,
Or maybe he just loved the Waters.
When he finally got out,
I felt relief.
Climbing the staircase up,
he stumbled.

Aything can happen
anytime.
You choose to leave,
to disappear,
in the dark dark Waters,
in a dark dark Night.
Some would call You coward,
some will call You brave.
Some will cry and anger.
You took Your choice.
And, if We are God,
each choice is sacred.
If there is a God,
You will be taken care of.
If there is no God,
it was just Your choice.
Rest Well.

In the Shamanic world, and most Spiritual paths worldwide,
we all are connected.
Connected through the Earth, the Air, the Waters, our Food, Birth, Growth, Life and Death.
One big Circle.
But sometimes we disconnect, and forget our Light.

Thought, and psychic dirt, suffocate us.
Stuck in Horror, we are sucked into a hole of Suffering.
Any trace of Soul, of Beauty, of Divinity is disappeared.
Energy closes down, and it all becomes even more dramatic…
Hell…
We are stuck in Pain.
No Love, no Gratitude
Reality lost ….
…Ego screaming for attention.

Ways to deal with this?
Do we even remember them?
Can we apply them now?

Falling to the “bottom”
or fighting oneself up?
….
Each one chooses, and a few let go.

After all, it is “just” a “very bad movie”,
or a violent Storm,
and it will pass…
(easy to say, terrible to hear when one is stuck there).

Reconstructing Reality is a choice.
It starts from allowing oneself to be “taken”,
to move one’s focus to anything
one can see/hear/smell/touch/taste/think/feel
that has any bit of “interest” or “power” on us whatsoever…
It could be our Body, our Breath, a glas of Water, Music,
an object, a Leave moving, a smell, a Cloud, a Colour, a piece of Bread…
Anything we become aware of…
And there it starts…
like a Staircase back to Ourselves.
Maybe?
In the beginning of this Time…
Days and Nights
Days and Nights…
Glowing Beings were spit out
Of the Firing Mountains.
…Exploding…
Fluid Drops and Massive Giants,
Again and again, and again…
As They took their First Breath of Air,
They saw the Ocean.
Oh It was so Beautiful…
Oh It was so Different…
Oh It was so Vaste, so Enormous…
And so Blue…
They all crystalizedby the Sight.
And They still are looking.
We (lucky enough) can never really really get totally bored in this Life.
Choices, even at times we may not see them, are endless,
and we ARE choosing all the time, all the time…
Some things we have to do, some things our Body does and needs,
and the rest is choices, according or limited by other obvious facts we meet.
Some of us are satisfied with filling their Life’s “container” with People,
things, travel, self-development and so on,
Others stay in Silence and avoid what they believe is “unnecessary”,
Others hide, and maybe get lost or static, or maybe find Peace.
And lots of mixed movements in between …
We call some” crazy”, we call some” wise”,
we call some “normal”,
“interesting” or “dull”…
We are judged and we judge,
We certainly judge ourselves much,
for what we SHOULD or SHOULD NOT,
how we SHOULD BE or NOT BE,
what TO DO or NOT DO,
who and what we SHOULD love, or stay away from.
We create a blurred Energy around ourselves,
and Life does not respond.
Then we criticize that,
…more blurred Energy.
Maybe if our main INTENTION was as “simple” as
Living and see what Life’s Waves bring,
and THEN choose,
or Living according to “Whatever” (you put in yours),
or Living a “decent”Life, (and decent means good, for the not English speaking ones 🙂
or Living by Acceptance,
or Living by …… (you put in yours)
the whole thing with choices will get easier and lighter,
certainly our Energy would get clearer.
If we are a cosmic joke created by causality,
anything would go.
If we are here for a Purpose,
it would certainly help to clear, and maybe find it.
If Death is the only Purpose,
let’s lay down and die, avoid all the “suffering”.

and my Guides are too…

As I said before,
no need to get bored….
Smile from the “very very deep me”.

we are AWARE…And…

all Solutions.:)
