Winter Solstice ceremony 2019
There are million ways to do it: a basic difference is whether you belong/wish/or wanna be in a tradition or you are on your own. In most traditions, many clues are provided, the way is clear and more or less fixed.
In shamanism we work differently, or at least I do: my spirit Guides give directions and guidance, and my experience and intuition provide the “container”. In the ceremony the participants are also “taken care of”, in the way that the ceremony ‘s elements are expressed and explained before hand, in order to best support each person in their intention and with the experience they have.
Because of “things are made clear”, each one can then “let go “and trust both the “guidance”and the “process”. No more thinking necessary, let us make Magic! 🙂
I have been “criticized” (just once, but it gives me possibility to explain here!) for taking both experienced and unexperienced participants on the same ritual or ceremony. But, you see….My work and “mission” given from my Guides, is to “bring People back to themselves and to Nature” . If I can be of help on “opening” anyone to their own Power, and on “taking responsibility for how deep and serious they can do the work”, and Trust, I have done some good. Then… “experienced” and “unexperienced” (and all blah blah on “levels”) become just words. We do the Work.
The core significance of winter Solstice is common, I would dare to say in most paths: it is one of the 8 powerful Energy moments of the year, maybe the most powerful one.
In the deepest “Missing of Light”, our Trust in the Sun shall be reborn.
In the deepest of Sorrow the Seed of Hope is reborn.
In the deepest Dark, like from the Womb, we are created, and recreated.
Our Intention is clear, for a “better” Future. A rite of passage is at hand. We can choose to celebrate alone, or together with others, depending on who we are, our possibilities, and what we wish for.
Appreciations of the Gifts and Blessings we live in every day, are important. If the wish of “sharing” is present, we better connect and celebrate with like minds.
The ritual frame will be according to what you know if you are working alone. Needed object: a candle and a symbol of Life (evergreen, flower, herb). Create a special moment, reflect in the Dark first.
We may take wows, and give donations or gifts. We may end up “unfinished business”, clean up in any way we get inspired to. Celebrate!
We are Purifying ourselves by Thanking, Releasing, and Forgiving, not only for ourselves and our individual Good, but for common Good, to raise the common Consciousness, in a deeper Prayer.
We are blessing our Mother Earth and our Father Sun, wishing for global Health and Peace to manifest.

Is Darkness “dark”?
Ooooh we complain, me too…
Short days, too little Light…
It is bloody hard in the beginning of Winter,
we fight against…
And some of us go “down”, into depression,
into loneliness, into despair…
Darkness can be softly embracing, if we allow it to be…
It rounds up all corners, makes you melt into itself/yourself…
It transforms Space, Time, and objects.
One can hide in the Dark, relax, be “away”.
And just because we cannot see so clear,
it does not mean we “cannot see”, and…
we can Rest.
Into…
… the Night Light…
…the Night Sky…
Open to the Darkness
Open to the Light
they both have Gifts.

It is changing…
We all know, and we say we care, or some of us do.
It all has gotten so complex, in so many fields, it is hard to figure it out.
What is “right and wrong” we may know, and what is “healthy and poison” mostly too.
We know we can choose, at least some, and we “need to”.
We also know money rules, and respect for Life is not as popular as money.
We are moving to a new Awareness, and (lucky enough) money will be earned by the ones who rule, and let them, as long as it is fruitful for common good. And, or but…
There are obvious and hidden invisible poisons, and much of it we can do little about.
There are obvious and visible poisons we can avoid or not, and there are ones we can feel.
There are also obvious Consciousness and practical instruments, and we may “need to” find them and use them.
Questioning and enquiring is always healthy, maybe we will find some answers.
Let us keep our Heads and Hearts open, but not get cheated.
Reflect and Feel.
And do not fall asleep.
How much more speed stress drugs and loneliness do we wish?
Keep on shining? Or keep away? Or consider? Or refuse?
We CAN CHOOSE some things, can we?

Last time I was out I realized that from TRASH HUNT
it had became a TRASURE HUNT…
My rubbish had become my treasure, I looked for more, and it felt good…
and….Smokers! have a little box for your filters! a match box size is good…and
You were smoking just before, and now it is trash?….put the Fire out, and collect your filter, so no Bird or Fish will suffer.
This is PRECIOUS STUFF WE ARE DOING!
This is SERVING EARTH and ALL OUR RELATIONS.
Our Waters

We think they are there forever.
We use and misuse, no further thinking, no respect, no humbleness, no gratefulness, no blessings even.
We are a little silly, or just a little stupid, or we just do not think or feel?
Some brush their teeth and let the Water run, some need a shower a day cause they feel so dirty, some water their garden with drinking Water, and collect no Rain. Some of the “advanced ones” who pretend to be caring for Earth and the many maybe generations to come, wash their very ecological green forever…
When and where is the madness going to end?
Let us not PRETEND we are “so good” and “so developed”….
when we cannot even take care of what we MOSTELY need.
PRETEND IT IS LIFE THAT WE ARE DRINKING
AND IT IS LIFE WE ARE WASHING WITH,
maybe it helps.
PRACTICAL : Reuse your WATER, have RAINWATER collectors, flush with unclean Water, have a bocket under when you wash your things and your dishes clean (and give it to your garden or plants), cut down on many showers (you smell ok Human Being!), and maybe use your showers to wash this couple of underwear and socks, CUT DOWN ON MISUSING, and BLESS the Water…..and all your ideas to do the best.Thanks.

My Helpers say to keep it simple once again, so I do.

They say “Power back to You”, Power to Your own Inner Knowing, to Your Heart, and to Your Wisdom.
See, feel, smell, touch…Touch the Earth and Your Body, touch the Sky and Your Spirit, let Your Heart speak, and Your Wisdom show.
Dream sweet, dream of the thousand Seeds of Hope, Respect and Beauty We all are planting or have planted, give them Water, give them Care, give them Light and Compassion, warm them inside of You.
You are the Plant of the Now and the Plant of the Future, You are the Co Creator.
Send Loving Thoughts to Your People, to Victims of violence and suppression, and to the “worst ones”, the ones no one ever prays for, if You can and dare.
And to Your “Values” and Your “Monsters”, and Your Growth.
Do something You always wish, but rarely do.

Getting ready for the first Sweatlodge of the year….yeah!
The structure is safe, the Rocks have been chosen, they are being blessed by the Rain, the Fire place is clean and renewed,
wonderful!
A mix of Gratitude, Reverence, positive “expectations” (even they aren’t really expectations), Silent Depth, Responsibility, and a slight little touch of “worry”…
Will the People heal? And get their Prayers answered? Please please Helpers small and big, Nature and Mystery…Please please Sun and Moon and Winds and Fire and You All…
So excited, each and every time… another Miracle, another Magic is going to happen…Soon!
Clairvoyance
It sounds to many so exotic, so far… Do you believe, don’t you believe….
I was talking with some People the other day, and they inspired me to write this.
The fact is, for the ones who have been in contact with “the real thing”, that it is definitely not only about past lives, spying if your lady is having an affair or not (I do not work with this one, no spying by me!), when or will I ever meet the love of my life, or such. Not to judge or diminish any need of clarity in any aspects, dear clients, ( that is why you come and ask), but…
There are lots of other possibilities… maybe more giving.
Seeing “clear” is the thing… When you cannot, because too much is going on, you are too involved, the “story behind” is “blurred and old”, (and sometimes no “human around” knows), or for thousands other reasons, “use us” well! (I mean my Helpers and I).
There is no total guarantee that my Helpers will answer, but it is absolutely worth giving it a try.
I like to tell a little story: sometime ago, I had a client who, to my surprise, always wore “synthetic clothing” (baaad! _:) ). One day I asked why. His answer was that natural clothing felt very uncomfortable, he could not wear “natural” for as long as he could remember…That was strange…but I did not want to push, until one day he finally asked me to “look” at it. So we did.
The place looked grey and dark, smelled strange, and shadows were around, big shadows… He was a kid, and retreated in corners away from those shadows, but had no real place to hide…It smelled like “burned”, it was uncomfortable…
My Helpers kept on showing this one picture again and again until he bursted in tears…
Now he remembered! As a kid he had been living with his grandmother, by whom he did not feel so good: one of her “specials” was to dry clothes by the big stove, and often the clothes touched the stove, provoking this terrible smell he could not stand or go away from. Moreover, in his kid phantasy, the shadows were unknown monsters which he had to hide from, but could not. This had resulted in a life long hidden stable trauma.
He had forgotten all about it and, since the memory was painful, it had been suppressed. After the “revelation”, his challenge vanished.
It is often than once we understand and “feel” blocks disappear, though not always. At times one has to work on, and in any case invest some energy to progress in the new condition.
One more little story, this one about a relation: the two loved each other, but she was into a massive personal development period, and he felt a little “left behind”. The question was how she could “embrace him” without “forgetting herself”, slow down, or “be unfair” either to herself or him, and eventually how to “help him” (without manipulation) regain his power and growth.
My Helpers explained what was going on, and showed the powers he had, which had gone into oblivion, his parent and family influences on him, how he could use some of them, and release the limitations part and patterns, by recognizing they were not his.
How future will be for this couple I do not know yet, but she wrote to me the same night, telling that they had have the “best and deepest talk” for a long long while….:)
And I am happy for them and proud of my Helpers and me too. This is good work!:)
So…Use your clairvoyant wisely (you might as well)!

Times are changing, and so are we.
It seems that a “good new wave” a new community Spirit is growing, that many of us are getting tired of the “media way”. That seems not to be enough any longer, if it ever was.
It seems times are getting sharper, and our Missions/Wishes/ and Dreams need to be taken care of at the present time, or anyway soon. It seems we are “demanded” to take even more responsibility then before, and action.
This inspires me to OPEN PART OF MY ACTIVITIES TO BOTH “OUR WISHES AND DREAMS” if possible, and I do it this year, with this open letter.
My Mission from the Spirit world is to “help You back to Yourselves and to Nature”, and has been so for many many years, that is broad.
I know a little but my knowledge can be used, and of course developed.
I am ASKING YOU here for SUGGESTIONS and IDEAS in order to make Us richer in Sharing and Experiencing together. Or/and eventual collaboration, or ?
Not to be “bound forever” any of Us, and not to “steal” from each other. To inspire and grow, and learn…
